Terrible. Evil, even. They took advantage of my father in the nearby retirement home, sending him pizzas multiple times a day despite knowing he was over-tipping and not eating them. I have the receipts too. The delivery guy, some short Mexican, decided he was going to blame me instead for this super messed up, very unethical situation despite my family calling the manager previously to refuse my father’s orders. The delivery guy literally admitted to me that he knew it was wrong and was doing it anyway. Also, terrible pizza. Expensive pizza.

I will not be ordering Domino’s anymore. This location is 5 minutes from my house and the order is always messed up. Tonight my wife picked up the ordered and it was incorrect. Soda, Pizza, and Icing missing. The (manager Tory) was rude and argued with my wife after my wife explained her concerned of the orders being incorrect. The (manager Tory) told another employee in front of my wife she should to another location if the orders are always incorrect. Bad customer service. I spent $40 for my order to be cold and wait for the additional pizza we ordered to be done. The new cashier was a sweetheart and the cook, but the manager should go to additional classes and learn how to speak to customers.

Never ordering from this location again, these people called me non stop after I placed my order demanding me to give a tip once the driver arrives. Then once Mirza (the driver) arrives he calls me saying if I don’t come down to pick up the pizza he’s going to write a tip for himself on my receipt so I ran downstairs (I’m at the hospital) and then he throws the pizza in my arms yells at me saying he needed his tip and we got into a heated argument! He was very unprofessional, demanding a tip, if he would’ve been kind and had more patience then he would’ve received the tip I had in my hand! Never ordering here again
