Burnt it, centered all the toppings, and definitely wasn’t a large (large is 14 inches, and it was 12 inches) and when I told them I wanted a remake they tried to initially deny me until I threatened to do a chargeback with my bank for a full refund then they made it, they talked down on me while they were making it and how “I hate people like him” and had a HEAVY attitude .. After that they LITERALLY threw the remade pizza out on the counter without talking to me, or acknowledging it was mine.. I shouldn’t have to go through that and feel as uncomfortable as I did.

They’re just very rude here! customer service is not taught here at all!! Whoever owns this location should be ashamed! Terrible! . I only come to this location if I’m desperate and need a quick pizza to pickup which is never quick bc they make you wait forever for even acknowledging you .

I deleted a not so good review from 2 years ago and decided to give this location another try. I can say improvements have been made! Night shift was amazing. Employees don’t get enough recognition and credit. Thank you for treating my order as if we’re yours! I will be returning!

Last week, I ordered and it took 2hrs+ to receive.The young lady who answered my call was nice, understood my frustrations and agreed to remake my order but of course it didn’t happen because minutes after, my original order was delivered and as expected, not fresh. From that experience, I received a free medium 2 topping coupon. Today, I used the coupon with my normal special instructions, to leave it on my porch table. I checked the tracker and finally saw the status said “complete”. I looked out my kitchen window which is above my porch table and saw nothing. I thought maybe he delivered it to my neighbors and as I opened the door to go over, there was my order, on the ground by my front door consumed with ants. Who does that? I called the store, again nice customer service which is why I gave 2 stars. They’re remaking my order, I received another coupon. After this incident, I’ll be taking a break from Domino’s. I’m not sure what changed as there service used to be pretty good but my last few have been bad. I only shared the last 2.
