We always come to this dominoes, and we never have no issues. Now, all of a sudden they’re service has been declining and we are very unsatisfied with their Pizza and making their pizza. I’ve ordered it twice and they have been cutting the hand toss in square style like a thin crust. I finally went up to them and asked them, why are they cutting my Pizza like this? And they’re blaming the app, saying that we selected square type. We have never selected any square type cut for hand toss Pizza. For thin crust we could understand but not for a hand Toss Pizza. I went up there and asked them and all they can say is oh you asked for it square. And I never clicked on anything on the app before. Very disappointed

I work for a nonprofit that placed an order ahead carry out for 17 large pizzas 2 days later. Paid with PayPal. PayPal doesn’t charge until the day of the order. As a precaution I called to make sure they had received the order, it was hours before and I hadn’t heard anything. The manager of the store tells me they don’t have the order as paid for and I can bring the receipt but she still won’t make it because the system says the money isn’t there. I tell her I have a receipt and confirmation email. Continues telling me the same thing (the thing she kept saying was that I input the information wrong) Ask if there’s a GM. It’s her day off. I kindly request her number again, she doesn’t give it. I hang up and call corporate. Funnily enough they see the order, it’s paid for and all that’s left is to complete it and have us pick it up. Safe to say Dominos wasn’t happy when they heard about the continuous refusals. Spoke to a district manager and got a cause opened. Our business had been ordering from Dominos for years. We will no longer be doing so moving forward after this incident, thanks to the manager on call here 12/09/2025 Between 2-3PM.

It used to be a decent pizza spot to order and it would be ready pretty quickly. The last few times I have order, it has taken them 45 minutes to get the pizza ready for pick up. This is crazy. Management do better. You have kids working here who don’t care for customer service, professionalism or quality.

Ordered in the app & the eta was 12-22 min for my order to be ready. I was there in person & waited over 40 min for my pizzas (3) only to find out 1 of them was made incorrectly. Employee told me it would be another 10-15 min for them to make another. Asked for a refund & they didn’t even apologize for the mistake. In the 45 min I was there, there were so many boxes of baked pizzas everywhere & employees just kept opening & closing the pizzas looking very confused trying to find orders. Look a bit chaotic & didn’t seem like there was a manager on staff assisting.

I got a Philly cheese steak. And they hardly put any meat, they burnt my cheese and my bread is hard. They guys that are working now sucks. I placed an order on DoorDash but dominoes sent their own employee to deliver, when employee arrived we began a phone call where I told them I can meet them in the lobby of my apartment if they park outside the lobby. Driver refused to park their car and deliver to the lobby even though I went out of my way to meet him in the lobby, driver left with “food” and marked order complete on DoorDash. (What if they don’t even make the pizza and are just running a scam, look at the other reviews) I called to let the manager know and they hung up on me. Called back and they wouldn’t talk. The driver stole my pizza and marked the order FRAUDULENTLY as delivered on DoorDash. They will still receive the funds from DoorDash and I hope DoorDash discontinued supporting this location. I wrote both dominoes and DoorDash corporate as well to let them know about the reoccurring fraud with this location. I am checking the reviews now and this happens almost every single night. Employees need to be released of duty and store needs to be investigated. Whoever franchised this location needs to put the foot down on the ignorant children running their store.

Came by 10/31/23 and this location is by far THE BEST LOCATION IN HOUSTON/TX!!!!! Pizzas are always made to perfection right amount of toppings and sauce. I highly recommend this location. There’s no other Domino’s out there that’s on there level.
Man oh man…perfection from this location continues. Came by to pick up pizza carside today 05/13/2021 and the service and pizzas where amazing once again. My pizzas were cooked perfect and the right amount of toppings were placed on my pizzas. I extremely advise that Houston residents swing by Domino’s on Houston Ave. and give it a try. Whether you live in the neighborhood or you have to take a drive like I do…it will be worth it.
This location is the BEST in Houston. Placed an order for car-side online on 05/01/2021 and my experience went very well!! I placed an order for 3 pizzas…1 Hawaiian hand made pan light sauce and light cheese 1 extravaganza hand made pan light sauce and light cheese and 1 pepperoni with bacon original crust. I arrived to pick up my order and it was brought out to me car-side service. The employee was extremely professional and kind and put it in my trunk. When I got home and checked my pizzas they were made to perfection and as I had ordered them. My pizzas had a very nice crust to it and there was a great amount of toppings on each one. I really don’t like Hawaiian pizzas but this location makes them very very delicious. I literally have a Domino’s 5 minutes away on Parker and Airline but I choose to come to this location even if its out of my way because this location has awesome service great phone service (manners) and they know how to make and cook the perfect pizza. I highly recommend this location on 45 and Houston Ave. and I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for such great service and thank you for making the BEST PIZZAS IN HOUSTON. 5 stars well deserved.
