We love Domino’s Pizza but at this particular location my daughter had to go potty really bad and I asked if we could kindly use their potty but got the ruthless downtown “we don’t care who you are, we won’t let you use our restroom” line. I repeated that it was for my daughter but the young man said and I quote “I don’t care”. Obviously the workers don’t get trained on proper customer service and ha e no respect for their elders or have any empathy towards children. Unbelievable and very upsetting.

We have ordered pizza from this place from 2020. These guys are really nice always. Fast. All toppings are really evenly distributed. With or without tip, they don’t care I think. They make nice pizza, PERIOD.

Stingy location
I wish they’d give more than a light sprinkle of toppings and dabbing of sauce. Their covered boneless wings could be renamed covered breading – barely any chicken at all.

Credit card system was down. Used 3 different cards didn’t work. Offered to pay cash. Only had $100 bill. Didn’t have change. Didn’t even offer anything after that. Walked out with no food. Won’t come back again.

The pizza is fine as the attitude and the atmosphere that’s the problem. I wouldn’t stop at this location or order from it. Very unprofessional and unconcerned service. Girl with glasses acts like you’re bothering her.

Have only ever made delivery calls here and the people who pick up the phone DO NOT give good customer service. They are not willing to work with you if you have any special asks (tax exempt, asking for receipt). They just want to be done on the phone with you, regardless of how patient and direct you are with asking for their assistance.
That said, I’ve only had poor experiences talking on the phone. I will be trying a different local pizza place moving forward.

Just picked up my order of pizza and cheese bread and walked in to Noah manning the ship all by himself lol. The precision, excellent customer service and attention to detail is appreciated.
