Hi, I am a regular who receives delivery from dominoes. I usually don’t have an issue with them, they deliver on time and have great customer service. However on this most recent delivery, on the of the drivers Briana, made a rude comment about me refusing to leave a tip. Keep in mind they are already over charging me to deliver 1 pizza that is 3 minutes away from the store. The audacity of that one woman threw me for a loop. I few moments later I went outside, asked her for her name, and confronted her about her comment. Unsurprisingly she insisted that I was the rude one and that she was going to report me to my leadership. I know that is something minor compared to something major, but the arrogance of Briana, and the horrible customer service I received cannot go unchecked.

They don’t care to fix the problem long gray hairs in the pizza and the other pizza was half cooked. The marble brownies has way to much oil in it will make you sick.

I am new to Goodfellow Air Force Base and I order Domino’s at least twice a week. It is genuinely the only thing getting me through my military career. I absolutely love and adore this on post pizza shop nothing bad about them always on time for me. Always delicious. They out pizza the hut I would marry this Domino’s if I could.

The workers here are the bomb. A few weeks ago I was trapped in the store during a storm and I got to see how the workers here operate. Not only were they driving through the storm, soaked, they were calling customers and verifying orders and cancellations the entire time. No complaints. Just trying to take care of their customers. I was at this tech school as a student for 6 months and the workers always made sure to take care of me when I walked in. Also Debbie the manager is the best. Knows all her customers by name and verifying the food quality. The best dominos for sure!!!

The people were great, but the food sucks. We were on post, we were hungry, and the rest of the family did not want to get a frozen pizza at the commissary to take back to guest quarters. I chose not to fight. I knew I had the makings for a PB&J sandwich back in the rooms. We asked and paid for extra cheese, but I saw no evidence of it on the pizza. The “Supreme” came with what was supposed to be beef but looked and tasted like dulgolgi, along with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. Oh well, I will know better next time.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and quick. The pizza is what you expect from Domino’s and worth every cent. Good thing is, you don’t need many cents to buy rather good pizza here.
The food is always hot and the restaurant is one of the cleaner chain pizza joints I’ve been to across the country. It honestly is my #3 pizza joint in San Angelo out of the 6 I’ve tried.

Updated review: This dominos is pretty good now, they always have your sauce when you put in the mobile order, plus the delivery is pretty speedy as well. Really great work being put up, glad to see things improving after a couple months, keep it up!
