We ordered 12 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday today. When we received it, everything was pepperoni. We ordered half cheese. We tried to call, nobody answered, so my husband loaded up the pepperoni that we didn’t need and drove it to the store.
We were not upset about it, just wanted to see if they would fix it. The lady was extremely rude and told my husband that was not what we ordered and she would pull up the receipt to prove it. She did pull up the receipt and saw that we in fact ordered 6 cheese pizzas. She then told him we would have to wait an hour because they had received other orders since then that she had to fulfill first. He walked out and went to little Caesar’s.

I ordered a pineapple, bacon and jalapenos with extra pineapple. An order of pineapple and bacon chicken. And an order of Parmesan bread bites.

My order was 40 bucks and I ordered at 6pm.
7pm came and went.
8pm came and went.
About 815 the delivery driver FINALLY showed up, said they messed up and gave my order away and had to remake it.

What they brought me, wasn’t what I ordered!

I’ve been calling the store everyday since my order(which was on Jan 26 mind you) to try to get this fixed. They keep dropping my call due to “network error”.

This is frustrating, irritating and by far the worst experience with dominos I’ve EVER had. Seriously considering not even ordering from here anymore. It’s ridiculous.

Would not suggest anyone order from here.

They dont accept 100s for orders. (My order mid 30s). It isnt stated online but was told to go get change as they dont do 100s, so I went and got little Caesars for the kids which was the same distance from the store they wanted me to get change from.

I’m writing to formally file a complaint about the unacceptable customer service I experienced at your Domino’s location on Bryant Blvd in San Angelo.

I visited the store intending to order three pizzas, only to be told by the employee on duty that I could not place an order in person and had to use the online app. When I asked for help navigating the app, she refused to assist me. I then asked if she could just take my order directly, and she flat-out said she didn’t want to do it.

That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and frankly, I don’t plan on returning unless there’s a serious improvement in how customers are treated.

I hope this matter is addressed and that your staff is reminded that customers should be treated with respect—not turned away or dismissed. If this is the level of service you intend to maintain, it won’t be long before you lose more business in this town.

Brooklyn style pizza with extra pepperoni is insane. Thin, crispy and slightly burnt crust. This is the ideal consistency, but sometimes they make it too thick, and it’s depressing.

This was a great experience! I did carryout tonight and received a free large new York style pizza with my rewards points. I also had the bread and cheese deal. Both were wonderful. I asked for napkins and was given a stack and about 8 paper plates. That’s definitely a unexpected bonus. Most places won’t even give. Napkins anymore and definitely don’t give paper plates. 5 *

Edit: So, over the years this place has done a complete 180°. Their service is great. Their wait times seem to have lowered. Dominos as a pizza chain has some of the best deals out there while making better quality pizzas. The easiest for me is to order carry out while using one of their many deals they constantly have. Leaving the previous post intact from when I originally posted as a reference as the 2 star review it used to be.

I have constant bad experiences at this still. More bad than good, that’s for sure. One day I’ll learn to order elsewhere.
