I order pizza from here monthly online for takeout. The reason why I am writing my review today and not for previous orders because today I placed a unique pizza order – a pizza with no cheese, extra sauce, and replaced the cheese with more veggies. Wow did they deliver. The pizza was fresh and delicious.

So do expect anything even par as service. They will deliver to the wrong address and not call you to let you know it will be later than expected. When I called the girl on the phone sounded entitled and annoyed that I was complaining. They will give you credit to the tune of a cupcake. It’s sad that a great chain can be ruined by unprofessional service. Adam, I guess the manager was wonderful btw but that’s it.

The handmade pan pizza I ordered was top quality, exactly what I wanted. I even tried eating it on top of my car it was that good! But when I closed the box, it slipped and fell. Luckily, a Gentleman named Cody saw what happened and replaced it for free. I’m super satisfied with my visit! Will definitely be coming again!

Picked up pizzas and discovered that one was completely wrong, not our order but they did remake a pizza to order to replace the error. This is not half cheese and half beef and green peppers.

I wish I could give this location zero stars but it’s not possible. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. When it got here. There was no cheese or sauce in the middle of our pizza.
The tracking said that it was delivered so I called and the kid told me that they only have one driver and have to mark orders delivered in order to pile more work on their driver. He was very dismissive and was trying to rush me off the phone.
This location needs new management ASAP or they need to close. I will not be ordering from them again. Looks like it will be Marcos from here on out.
Wanted to add that we are trying to eat the pizza and it is pretty doughy. It is severely under cooked. It also falls apart when we try to pull a piece off.

Just received our two medium pizzas and they were flipped over one another and thrown around the box. The outside of the box is dirty and has sauce stains. I have tried to call the store, but it just rings and rings and then when I tried to call them again it rings and then suddenly stops. After several attempts (five times) and no answer, you cant even get ahold of corporate, because its to late. Then when you try to contact them online, all they want to know is your operating system, your browser, and a bunch of useless information. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THEM.
I will say, that after reading some of the other reviews, the delivery was on time. So, take what you want from this.

I ordered 3 pizzas on the Domino’s app for delivery at 5:23pm. The pizzas arrived at 6pm. One of the pizzas was an HAM, olive, and pepper. The label (pictured) was correct, but there was not a single scrap of ham.
On the phone, the manager (Sarah) said it would be over 2 hours before a correct pizza could be cooked, because, “FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.” I’m sorry, but if a pizza is ordered and the MAJOR meat ingredient is missing, that pizza should be next in the oven, and the replacement fixed. To be told I could not have the pizza I ordered at 5:23 until 8PM because “first come first served” was disappointing. If I can’t trust Dominos to deliver my family’s dinner that I paid for before my kid’s bedtimes…
In addition, one of the other pizza’s was marked “Piecut” on the box, but was square cut… that alone wouldn’t be a big deal, and I wouldn’t have complained about something like or expected a refund/replacement. But the fact that they messed up straightforward issues on TWO of three pizzas… Domino’s Disappoints.
This Domino’s pizza needs better management, and better customer service. I may eventually venture to test them again, but for now I’m putting slices of deli ham on my pizza, because I’m too hungry to wait 2 more hours…

This has been a constant issue and has only got worse. 90min wait, when online said 30mins. Ordered 2 specialty pizzas, got 2 cold, 2 toppings, completely wrong. Driver didn’t say anything, tried calling, after 15mins hung up. Guess everyone else is having the same issue and trying to find out where their food is too.
