This is the second Domino’s I’ve been to in the past 2 weeks. I got bacon and tomato chicken (the quality was fine but they didn’t give me a full portion) and the pepperoni cheesey bread. There is almost nothing inside the cheesey bread! When I order the spinach and feta bread it’s almost over full but with the pepperoni cheesey bread it doesn’t have anywhere near as much. And the bread is almost still dough. This is my favorite Domino’s store and it’s upsetting.

Small delivery fee is a literal scam when running promotions that force you under the $15 threshold they don’t advertise til check out. It is imposed by the store not delivery services. Don’t fall for this crap. Their promotions and deals are a scam at best. Especially when ordering directly from them is even more than their “deals and promos” through other services.

Crust was completely burnt and spinach was falling apart from being so over cooked. We called and they refused to correct their actions, saying that their pizza is always the same.. There was also no sauce and barely any cheese. The manager was absolutely unbothered by our concerns and continuously told us “that’s how the pizzas always are.” Never once apologized or cared to fix their mistake (or even admit that they may have made a mistake.) she told us that next time we need to ask for our pizza to be pulled out of the oven early if we don’t like it fully cooked. Absolutely awful customer service and careless employees. Disappointing.

I placed an order for takeout, and they made one of my pizzas wrong. I called and asked for them to remake the pizza, and they said sure. I came back to the store, they had not remade the pizza, and asked if they could just drizzle the missing ingredients on the already not fresh pizza, or they wouldn’t remake it. So I caved and took the drizzle, but now I’m here with ingredients that aren’t even settled in the pizza like 45 minutes later after I should’ve been eating my pizza that could’ve been made correctly. This would’ve been a one star review if they refused to do anything about it.

I made an online order for a large pizza an hour before time to be ready by 4:30. Arrive and get handed a medium pizza. Had to wait 10 more minutes for a new pizza done the right way. I also ask for no oregano. Since they messed up I asked to take the medium as well since they made me wait longer. Manager responds w btw that messed up pizza has oregano too. So not only wrong size they made wrong to begin with. No pride in their work what so ever. BTW I still brought home the messed up order so I can give to someone else
