Update: They made him write me an email to apologize and gave me 2 free pizzas. Do I appreciate it? Yes. Am I over this trash experience? Not really.
I’ll still go to another Domino’s location, before I go back to this one.
Sooooooo, I place an order online for pickup. I couldn’t remember how much time had passed and jumped online to check the tracker. It looks like I’ve never placed an order. I proceed to call the store before I place another order unnecessarily. The “Manager” (I use this term VERY loosely cause he has about as much management skills as a potato) Nick is already super annoyed when he answers the phone, so it takes me a moment to look up the phone number associated with my account, more huffin and puffin. I give him the number, he says: we got the order. I’m like oh ok, cool, is it ready for pickup? This fool proceeds to tell me the following: when did you order it? Me: around 5:15 (it’s now 5:32)
Nick: so what do you think? It’s BEEN ready.
Uhm Nick, plz talk crazy to yo momma, not me. Never going there again.
Also the “Assitant Manager” is trash. They have zero de-escalation skills and failed to show even a trace of emphaty or sympathy. Nick wouldn’t even leave his office to come to the front and at the very least apologize for forgetting that he is in the customer service industry. UN-THRILLING.

So I have been ordering from this places over last 3 years and more recently had issue ordering. When I Order I get my order most of the times, but sometimes I get my ordered canceled. I was told that I was ordering from wrong store. I was told that I could choose the correct store. This wasn’t the case. I tried choosing the store they told me to but no delivery option online it days this place is my store for online delivery. Today after the order said it was done cooking I get a call and I’m told I ordered from wrong store and they transferred to correct store. I informed that when ordering online it doesn’t give me options to change stores for delivery. We’ll I didn’t mind waiting longer to get food due it being transferred’ I did mind being told it was going to cost more cause it wasn’t an online order anymore. I refused and asked to cancel order. I shouldn’t have to pay more cause domino’s system forces me to order from one store only. I order online to get online deals. Please fix this. I have talked to both stores managers/leads (not sure who) and at one point before had been told by each store the other store is your store.

No flavor and the cheese almost shifted off the pizza. Also, the “contactless” delivery wasn’t contactless. The dude knocked on my door, left the pizza in his little carrier for me to take out and told me when i opened the door that’s contactless. Seemed like a nice guy but it was just an overall weird experience.
Compared to other pizza places delivery charges and prices, it isn’t worth getting dominos anymore.

It took a minute also I don’t know who does the “quality checks” but that’s fake. Every time I get something from this dominos there is something wrong. Pizza was cut all uneven chicken wings where cold in the middle. There just always something wrong with this pace.

Me and my husband drove 30 minutes away and arrived at 12:22 Am on a Thursday and they were closed, 45 minutes early???? As a worker in fast food I was appalled. Thank god the Taco Bell across the street (that closes at the same time, mind you) was happy to serve us with a smile. If your store says 1am then I understand closing 10-15 minutes earlier, but 45 minutes? I hope the owner, knows his employees are losing him money.

Ordered food everything all fine, food says delivered but there’s no food at my door. My cameras didn’t see anyone walk up and my animals made no sounds which isn’t normal when someone walks up at night but the manager claims the driver “delivered” and said they would call us back but that never happened. I don’t know if they’re stealing the food for themselves but won’t spend $50+ here again. My mom had to get the food when she got off work even then manager wanna stick to the it was delivered story.

Called to order pizza came in to collect pizza after payment.. tall mixed girl said we (our business) was an inconvenience because we ordered to many pizzas while she was working. Try to avoid this location since they don’t like to work very hard at 11am.. most easiest job in a ac building with other employees.. very lazy spoiled people only complain about work.. avoid the tall mixed girl with glasses shell complain soon as you come in to the store. 10th st Domino’s. -3

This place is always clutch! Pizzas are really good and they cook it perfectly everytime. Delivery is always faster than expected. We have eaten there a bunch of times and have never been disappointed. Using the app is awesome and easy too
