The General Manager of this small town Domino’s in Cameron, TX, Danny, honored my about to be expired coupon that Dominos stated it was invalid when I tried to redeem it at his store. Danny’s daughter, Eryn, baked it for me.
That’s what small town exceptional customer service does for a huge brand. I plan to make this particular Dominos my stopping point during my travels between Stafford, TX and Killeen, TX.
This small town type of customer service is what Sam Walton expoused during the early days of WalMart. If anyone lives in a big city and receives sub-par customer service, please travel to Cameron, TX. While there, please learn first hand why Sam Walton wanted his Walmart stores located in small towns by conducting your own case study based upon Danny and Eryn’s small town customer service that saved Grace for Dominos on 3.26.23 at their A+ location. Idk what happened to this place, it was good then it was the worse dominoes I’ve ever been to. Order should have been done in 20 minutes; they canceled the order tracker. After waiting almost a hour I left. I tried to just get my salads but they wouldn’t even do that. I will definitely never be back here.

I waited at the window for over 5 minutes and no one came to the window. I called twice and the call didn’t seem to go through even though it stopped ringing as if someone picked it up. I went into the store and was greeted immediately and the young man said he would be with me as soon as he could. I waited another 8+ minutes while he created two pizzas, and took one out of the oven. When he finally waited on me, I asked if he was there by himself. He replied that he had been for several days. This is unacceptable and the manager over this area should be ashamed that they left a single employee by themselves to run the store. We all understand that things happen but they should have called in someone to help from one of their other stores in the area. My sandwich was fine, so the young man is doing his job, he just shouldn’t be expected to do this on his own.

Don’t waste your time with store. I placed my order on line. There was no one in the parking lot when I arrived. Got to the window and was told to call, which I let it ring for more than five minutes. I then waited another 10 thinking someone would actually notice someone in their drive through. I was wrong! Finally went inside to young kids not doing anything but looking confused. Don’t waste your time or money or this place, it’s a joke!!

Great people who get along & have fun. Supreme Pizza is more scant than Supreme, but it was tasty. While they do have parmesan & pepper packets, they don’t have any salt. Atmosphere is blah, at best.
