My overall experience wasn’t the best at all. Originally ordered for delivery, but never received my order to my house. I called and inform of my delivery. I had to go pick up my own order. Wasn’t able to get any kind of refund, the only offered “free soda”. I understand completely everyone is running on E. I have been a loyal Domino’s customer for a long time. But I will never order from this location again. Over the last 5 months only 1 of my orders have been correct the first time. After talking to Michael (the store manager) I decided to give this place another shot. It was not worth it. My food is always cold and takes 1-1.5 hours to deliver. I call up there to have it fixed and they always offer a credit (that I never use) and to remake the order. After 2hrs I usually get a correct order. But the last time I ordered was the worst. Olivia answered the phone and told me that everything was perfect because she made the order but there where barely any ingredients on my food and the box was crushed to my pizza. She then informed me that I had done this before and she wasn’t going to do anything but put a credit on my account. This tells me they keep a account of notes and wrote down every time they messed up. Only lord knows what they put in those notes about you whenever you call to have your order corrected. The pictures I am leaving are examples of the food that comes from this Domino’s. Also I have never been treated with such disrespect from someone in customer service. I never had this problem in belton. I will never order from them again. Domino’s App deleted.

Ordered two pizzas from here last night. We got him only to find our pizzas to be burnt and crust very hard. The crust on one pizza was the Brooklyn style and it was not foldable at all as the description states. I’m not sure who allowed a pizza to leave the door being this burnt. The issue is workers being in their phones and not paying attention.

I used to love getting the chicken alfredo here but the quality has gone down tremendously. There was absolutely no effort put into making this dish last night. I could count the amount of noodles put into it. You can literally see the bottom of the dish. The smallest amount of sauce, that didnt even touch the outter noodles so they were just cooked to a crunch. Trash. I won’t be back. Do better.
