They burnt both of my pizza! Couldn’t even eat half of it, since it was burnt. Our cheese pizza also had peppers and other stuff. Our cuts were uneven.

I had a great experience at this location!! We ordered last minute online on Valentine’s Day. We arrived for curbside delivery around the time it said the order would be ready. I checked in online but still went inside the store due to the website not updating with the status of the order. The employee at the register with longer black hair was very welcoming and had fantastic customer service. He let me know the order was almost ready and would be a few minutes longer. All the employees working seemed to work very well together like a well oiled machine. The fact that it was a very busy night and the wait wasn’t much longer than 30 minutes was very impressive. Even though my order took longer than the time stated, the customer service and food made up for it big time. Our pizza and tots were delicious and perfectly cooked!! Will definitely be back to this location!!

Wow, id give no stars, but i had too, so i gave 1. Pizza hut was basically right across the street from dominos. And dominos would not deliver to the address that was literally 4 seconds longer than the drive from the hut! Talk about losing business. Guess they are doing really well. Keep up the good work DOM!!

I was greeted by someone and it didn’t feel like it was some forced. The staff were hustling and seemed to be engaged in a friendly banter about efficiency.
The pizza in my truck smelled amazing.
It tastes amazing

I did the thing where you pull up and they bring it out to you so I said I was here on the app and I turned on my hazard which they told me to do 10 minutes later I still don’t have my pizza and it said it was ready on the app 5 minutes before I got there. I called and they send somebody right out okay no problem. The pizza was cut wrong it was square cut I could live with that but it looked old. I’m pretty sure somebody got my fresh pizza and I got the old one.

HORRIBLE experience and food. It didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after it said it would be. The pizza was cold and not even the ones we ordered. The thin crust was undercooked and we had to recook both pizzas. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

They said our pizza would be delivered at 9:30 and it did not get to our house until almost 10:00. One of our pizzas was cold and the other one wasn’t even what we ordered. They didn’t even cut through the crust on one of them. Very bad service all around.

Consistently mess up orders, while they’re apologetic and they try to take care of what they mess up. They never end up actually addressing the initial problem, this time my passenger side seat is now covered in sauce because somebody dumped half a bottle on it. Thankfully I had the stuff to clean it up quickly, but this is just unacceptable.
