They lie about when they start making your food so that their ticket times look better for corporate. We just pulled up to the window 15 minutes after the website said they were making our order, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, and were told that our order hadn’t been started yet. This is a pretty standard experience at this particular location. It would have been faster to order from the Maplewood location on the other side of town and drive 15 extra miles.

My last several experiences with Domino’s (not this location but multiple other locations) have been truly disappointing. I always get a thin crust pizza and I’ve received several that were fairly burnt (not horrible, but enough it affected the taste and was dry because of the over cooking) and the toppings were either unusually few or not spread around very well at all so that often most of the edge pieces had little to no toppings. THIS location did exactly opposite. It was cooked well, toppings spread evenly across the entire pizza. It was a pleasant surprise. My daughter went inside to pick up the pizza and came back remarking how friendly everyone was. 3 different employees greeted her with “Welcome to Domino’s”, 2 fairly quickly upon entering the store, and a 3rd came from the back and greeted her as well during her brief visit inside. I was very impressed. I’ve been using Domino’s less and less because of my repeated bad experiences. This one, I may go back to again.

Chose the new crust, the advertised one right now of Parmesan cheese stuffed and they didnt give me the option that I chose.
I called the store and explained to them the mess up and they blamed DoorDash and took no responsibility for it or attempt to even fix it. Would not order from this location again. If I could do half a star, thats what they would be getting.
Definitely irritating when one pizza is $30 and no attempt to fix. Manager Ashley had no attempt to solve this, so I will contact corporate in hopes of them getting back with me with a solution.

We called an hour in advance to place our order, hoping it would be ready when we arrived. Instead, we still had to sit and wait 15 minutes while they made our pizza after we got there. What made it worse was watching the employees in the back joking around and laughing instead of focusing on getting our order done. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Definitely not what we expected from Domino’s.

I sat at the drive-through window for 20+ minutes, was seen by multiple people, and nobody came. Finally I pulled around and went in. I understand being busy, but dont have the drive-thru so far in the back nobody sees it or dont have it at all if volume is too high to maintain it

Update to last review:
I ended up waiting over an hour for my pizza. Manager said they had a call in for 20pizzas and it threw them off. Manager handed me my pizza and apologized and I left. I got home and it was the wrong pizza. In a few minutes Dominos called and told me that they gave me the wrong pizza and they would make me another one and to come pick it up. Picked it up and was was great. They went to the trouble to call and to make it right so I will give them a 4 star rating for service and atmosphere and 5 stars for food.

They legitimately lost my pizza. Prepper put it in the oven and it was never seen again by the leader retrieving and boxing them. Had to wait for it to be remade. The employees were more interested in shooting the breeze than fixing the issue.

Went in last night for a to go order and when app said it was ready I got there and was told it was just coming out of the oven so a couple more minutes for fresh pizza I don’t mind. However 8-10 minutes pass and others have gotten their pizza and I get informed my pizza was lost and it has to be re-made and they apologized for the inconvenience but didn’t offer anything more than that. And probably getting too personal about it but when I corrected them on how to say my name some of the team members would still say it incorrectly. Pizza was good though

Read the directions, folks. When I request “pie cut” instead of that (wrong) square cut, its because I want what I want.
Oh, and peppers and mushrooms are not the same thing. Don’t put nasty bell peppers on a pizza in place of mushrooms.
By the time I got where I was going with those half-dozen pizzas, I was over 50 miles from your store and couldn’t “just come back” to get a new pizza.
