Had the worst experience I’ve ever had an establishment in my entire 30 years. I ordered from here and saw that my driver was only two minutes away, before even making it into the neighborhood he called me and it rang ONE time, I immediately called him back six times as I watched the tracker work its way back towards the store. Conveniently he didn’t answer. Then coincidentally as soon as he arrived back at the store my order was marked as completed. I called the store and was told “well your pizza has been sitting here for 15 minutes. WHAT?! And she said that she could have a driver send it out right now. Not even offering to have it remade? It was over 35 to 40 minutes at this rate. Then I asked if there was anything I could have as far as compensation because this is just ridiculous and I was getting the runaround and she told me no. That there was absolutely nothing she could do. So I’m sitting here still waiting on my pizza. Hopefully it shows up. But I’m truly speechless at how their customer service was. At the end of the day it’s literally dough bread and cheese. I think they could spare remaking two pizzas then having them sent out again. Just absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully dominos hire ups help because they now have a case against them.

Another bad experience with this dominos. They cant seem to get anything right or have decent customer service. On the 17th of December I ordered pizza for the family just like every week. The pizza came dry as I got extra sauce and extra cheese on each pizza. I called to see if they could remake them (it was that bad). I spoke to a Marianne (another employee gave us her name to complain and said she is a huge problem to their store) . Marianne first lied to us and said that every customer has a profile and ours is flagged red in the system that we get free pizza. She then said she couldn’t remake it and then said she would send out the remakes. Hours go by and we call the store back to check in and the night shift worker said they didnt have any remakes in the system and the delivery drivers and manager for the daytime had already left so he was sorry and would issue a refund instead. So today December 30th we were gonna order pizza again, but realized the refund never came and the problem wasnt resolved. Called the store and he said there was nothing they could do and we shouldn’t have waited a week to call to check in on the refund. We asked if they could just remake the order and the guy started arguing and saying no. Story short it didnt get fixed. No refund, no remake and no satisfaction along with their weird lies. I wrote a terrible review 6 years ago and im writing one again to update how worthless this store is even 6 years later.

I love Domino’s and rarely any issues. I ordered 1 of their coupons were you get wings, cheese bread, and now 1 large topping pizza, I paid extra to have bacon added to the pepperoni. I did that on 3-23-23 and it was late in the evening. I work until 7pm. I gave even a 40% tip cause I was lazy after a long day and picked delivery. They guy who brought my pizza was great. Very friendly. They wings and cheesy bread were amazing. It’s was the pizza that let me down. I paid extra for bacon and I don’t have a clue where it is on my pizza. I see some, but where is the bacon??? Is it hiding or did they change the amount they put on a pizza when someone paid extra? Will give another chance cause everything g else was great, that why it got 4 stars.

Terrible experience!
I ordered pizza and Buffalo wings through the app and only received the pizza. No one contacted me to let me know the order had arrived. When I called to speak with the manager about the missing wings, she had an attitude and basically implied that I was lying and I didn’t order wings until she talked with the delivery driver and realized I was telling the truth and in fact did order wings. She said she would have someone re-deliver the wings and told me to “make sure I answer the phone next time,” even though no one called in the first place. When the wings were finally delivered, no one notified me again, they just left the food on the ground! To make matters worse, the wings were half-cooked. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.

Employees should try to refrain from talking smack about a customer, especially after they, the employees, screwed up the order. They should also not slam pizzas around like they just shot their dog in front of waiting customers. The pizza is innocent. I’m no professional pizza chef, but I’m pretty sure pizza doesn’t require tenderizing. And the 10-20 minute estimates on the “pizza tracker” is worthless. I arrived 5 minutes AFTER my pizza was supposedly ready to find out it was not even in the oven yet. So I got to enjoy all the employee “banter” (<——sarcasm) and the lack of hair nets in use by people with more hair than Cousin It.

Pizza is never on time, even for pick up. Basic orders of just a single pizza usually take 25-35 minutes at least during afternoons and evenings. Late at night it’s usually fast but it’s not made well, inconsistent crust thickness, etc. None of the people like their jobs, and they make it your problem. If they were paid more, and they were properly staffed/trained, they’d probably be happier. Could also be bad management. These issues have been ongoing for at least a year. I had to delete my previous good review due to these recent changes.
Personally, I hate coming to this location and may switch to a different store or a different brand so I never have to deal with these folks again.

I have tried to order pizzas on several occasions and have been told to go online so today I tried ordering the 6.99 two topping was told to go online so I tried to go online but it would not let me put my toppings it would just say add item the sad thing is I like dominoes the best but I guess I will not have it anymore

I absolutely despise this store. The food is NEVER what I ordered even when I pay for extra. Extra cheese, extra pepperoni, etc. I usually get delivery because of my health (cancer recovery). I pay a ridiculous delivery fee. Then I pay extra for cheese and toppings. Do I ever get extra cheese??? Nope!! Is this your way of saving money? You figure you can deliver it and nothing can be done?? Today, no extra cheese and no extra pepperoni!! I finally complained online. Oh boy. I get a free medium pizza. What’s the point if you can’t ever get an order right!!??? By the way, I ALWAYS give a very generous tip for the delivery people. Only once has anyone thanked me. Never again!!! I’ll buy store bought or go to Pizza Hut!!! You should be shut down! You’re screwing your customers.

Great service! I had placed a late order because I expected my doctor’s appointment to run long. Despite that, they were able to pull the order and kindly had us wait until it was ready. I really appreciate their flexibility and helpfulness!
