Delicious pizza as always.
There is no drive up window so you must park in the front then check in thru the app.

Small things go a LONG way for me! I always order here and I’m always happy with how friendly and courteous everyone is! Today made a huge impact for me, I placed an order which I meant to have placed for order ahead not realizing I placed to be picked up right away. 2 hours later I realized my mistake! I called and asked if it was anyway it could be remade as to not have my kiddos eating cold and old pizza that has been sitting for 2 hours! Thank you to Nicki the manager for being so kind about it and having my order remade for my littles! It gets hectic trying to balance little ones and work etc, not that it’s an excuse but just to make sure my littles had something warm in their tummies after their activities goes a long way for me! Thank you again

I’ve gone here several times and it’s always been decent. The last time I went I guess there’s a whole new crew.
I did my usual carside delivery where it says to park ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STORE, and has ALWAYS said to park on the east side of the store.
So I parked over there and a woman comes out telling me no one can see me over there and to go to the parking lot. I’ve parked in the area where it TOLD ME TO PARK a dozen times and no one ever had any problem with it. Hey, it’s even super close to the door and more convenient for them. Of course I just moved because it’s not that big of an issue. She could have been nicer about it, but whatever.
The real problem was the pizza. It was awful. Not even the kids would eat it. Giant bubbles ripped all of the sauce and cheese off of the area and it just tasted like an unseasoned piece of dough. I had two pizzas, we each had a slice, and then I threw away 1.5 large pizzas because it wasn’t worth storing in the fridge. How do you get 8 giant air bubbles on a single pizza? I go to the Kemp store now and it’s been great so far, worth the extra few minutes of driving.

Ordered a pizza online from this establishment Saturday, October 19 @ 5:30 pm. Picked it up @ 15 later, but did not look at it until I got home. Why did the pizza look like one someone order earlier in the day and did not come and pick it up so they warmed it up in the microwave and gave it to me? I was livid. I called back with my complaint and to my demise, I was put on hold @ 15 minutes and hung up on after them telling me on a previous call that they would deliver me a new pizza. I am yet to receive that pizza or a reimbursement to my debit card. I emailed the corporate office and they sent me a case # but no action has been taken. I encourage anyone to drive to the other side of town before patronizing this Dominos on Burkburnett Rd. The staff needs training in the preparation of a good pizza as well as being respectful to their customers.

Don’t order from this Domino’s save your money. The pizza was extremely greasy to the point where the box was literally soaked and dripping. They did not cut the pizza into squares like I requested and didn’t bring red pepper flakes despite me calling them and asking them to. Another thing which I’m not sure if it’s the fault of the Domino’s app or them the tracker was not working properly. It told me the pizza was delivered when it hadn’t even left the restaurant. I’ve never experienced this at any other Domino’s before.

The people here are really great and the place is clean. But Everytime we order a pizza with extra cheese, there’s barely any on it. We use to order here once a week. I don’t think this is a problem with just this store, I think it’s a corporate problem. 5 stars for the employees. 1 star for the topping amounts

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 sausage & onion, 1 cheese. There’s sausage had no cheese. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told they can only credit future orders. I told the guy I would not be ordering again, he said it was all he could do. Don’t even bother trying to go through the website, they ask a ton of stupid questions. Assuming you’ll hang up, as I did.

Nathan was extremely polite and courteous, he helped me with delivering to an AFB, letting me know it would be no problem and also thanked me for my service. He asked me if I didn’t want things on my pizza or how I wanted my crust, also let me know how good the BBQ pizza was. This man is a consummate professional. I’m happy to have ordered from here.
