Im not sure if this place is under new management but the staff was awful tonight. I pulled up to the window after getting notified my pizza was ready, she opened the window and got my name, then never returned with the pizza. I sat for 5 mins before driving around and going in and it was sitting on the counter. She gave it to me with an attitude, I had someone on the phone and they mentioned her attitude that was overheard. I ordered pick up at the window and had I ordered pick up inside, I might be more understanding of this all. Three employees there were aimlessly walking around and not one could bring it to the window?

We got the pleasure of dealing with a young lady named Cheyenne ( i think thats how you spell it) she was so busy but she kept organized an did her job 100%! She was very polite and got our order 100% correct! Ill be coming back here just for her speedy service! Keep up the good work girl!

Say look the new manager CC @Dominospizza Whitesboro Tx is taking back the pizza game. I’ve lost faith in domino’s and been distant for a while now but today my whole perspective has changed.This man needs an award for how beautifully my pizza was put together & Baked.I mean every time I would order pizza and I’m talking 4 at a time they all came in last place.Long story short CC has changed my mind today.So Manager CC I appreciate your work ethic & customer service.The only way I will order a pizza from there is if CC is present from now on.You the man Bro!

I placed my order today and of course as usual you are forced to use the automated system, which offers no coupons. So as usual, I had to ask to speak to an employee. I have done this many times before. After I placed my order. I was ask how I would be paying. I said “ Cash and at the window”. And I have done this many times before. But today I was then told if I wanted to pay cash I had to pay in the store and then they would put my order through. So that put me having to wait 20 min in the store on an order that I have many times before order over the phone and many times before paid cash at the window. So a side note for people using this location or any location with an automatic system. If you place an order over the phone for a large single topping pizza and a small order of boneless wings the price is $30. If you call and speak with an employee and then order that very same order and ask them for a coupon. The $30 order is reduced to $17.00. So ask to speak with a human and ask for a coupon if you want your order cheaper. But my reason to my one star customer service for this location in Whiteboro Tx. Was I was told I had to pay with credit card if I wanted to pre order a pizza so I could pick up at the drive through. Why the policy change? Cause I am sure that there is not that many people ordering pizza and not paying for their order. The last time I paid with a credit card at this location I got a fraud alert from my credit card company. And I found it a little odd that I could not pre order my pizza and pay cash at the window like I have done many times before. But for future readers. Ask to speak with a human. And save money by asking for a coupon. The computer or automated system wants to charge you full price every time you call.

Pizza was wonderful! The Parmesan bites not so much. There was so much oil on the bottom I had to wipe the bottom off and quickly get the balance put in a bowl. Last order was even worse! I squeezed one bite and it was pure dripping oil. I got sick from just that one nasty bite. Please correct the amount of oil on the bottom of these. Otherwise they are delicious. This is strike 2 for the bites. One more n won’t order them again.

I don’t know what’s going on with Dominoes anymore. I don’t know if they changed their dough, portions of cheese, or sauce but my girl just ordered 3 pizzas from this location and they were horrible! They remade our order no problem which I appreciate but the remade order was still not very good! It was like eating cardboard! The crust was separating from the rest of the pizza! I appreciate them remaking my order but still it could have been better.

Managers take no accountability when things go wrong. You order pizza for the whole fam-damly, and it goes to another house. One manager says it just came out of the oven, another manager says it never left the store, one says it never got cooked. Who’s telling the truth? Spend near $100 and the best they can do is 3-5 business days to get it back to you.
