I’ve been a big fan of dominoes pretty much my whole life. I moved to Denton about 8 years ago for UNT and have had a mixed experience with the dominoes locations around here, or better yet, the restaurants in general around here. Sometimes my dominoes experience is as good as can be, other times it’s similar to other one star reviews with the pizza being undercooked or smashed in. That brings me to my main point. A few weeks ago I was feeling lazy and ordered dominoes from the location a couple blocks away from my apartment complex, I figured the deal would make it worth it. Oh how wrong I was. I waited 45 min for a location half a mile away and it never even showed up. I had to call 3 times before my order was taken seriously and come to find out it’d been delivered but to the complex across the street. The driver ignored every single instruction and couldn’t be bothered to double check the address. After figuring it out with the staff (who also chuckled over the phone and found the experience hilarious/thought we were being impatient for calling after an hour as they said “it just left”) they eventually sent out a replacement except it went to the same incorrect apartment complex AGAIN. For a 3rd time they offered to remake the pizza and at this point I was starving so I said sure and an additional 45 min later the pizza shows up with a manager asking several questions to confirm it was me. How on earth does this happen? All they had to do was double check the address but to screw up twice and still act like it’s no big deal by laughing over the phone? That genuinely floors me. It took 3 hours to get a completely average pizza. I don’t know who’s running this circus over there but several clowns need to be fired asap. Yall are besmirching the good name of dominoes similar to other franchisees for other restaurants in the Denton area. I can understand one screw up but twice to the wrong location across the street? Seriously? You do not deserve the business of the okayish people of Denton.

We reached out to the store directly to resolve this, and the service we received was wonderful. This place deserves no stars at all, we have been waiting 3 hours for our pizza because the staff is incompetent. My step mom ordered pizza from them at 4pm today and the idiots thought the order was for tomorrow. Then when I called to find out what was taking so long the manager proceeded to argue with me on the subject. I will never order from them again.

I’ve never sent back a pizza in my life until tonight. One was crushed and the other has obviously been under a heat lamp for way too long. An hour and 15 minutes plus an extraneous phone call between online order and delivery. Never again.

I lived in the area for 5 years and have ordered from this location often and today I ordered and my pizzas were smashed to one side of the box. I decided to call since these were for my entire family and kids and CC answered and when I told her about the pizza she laughed and I could tell they knew this happened and attempted to just get away with it. I asked her if this happened there bc based on her response it seemed it did and she admitted that it did while still laughing. I record every “business” or formal interaction I have on my phone and I was so disappointed with this location. I don’t know if it was thrown on the ground then scraped back up. They offered to remake it but based on the carelessness and the laughter from her and the manager Roy in the background I requested a refund. I think I’ll stop ordering from here completely. I’ll be sending all photos and recordings to corporate as well. It wouldn’t taken nothing to simply remake it first and just let me know it would be a bit longer. I would’ve been just fine with that. Do better.

Listed as “Pizza Delivery” but this location and the others around it will say it doesn’t deliver even though I’ve seen delivery vehicles come and go. No other location covers the delivery area for this location. And they will still let you put in a delivery order with no warning for issues until someone from a random store calls you 20 minutes later.
