Ordered one pizza w extra sauce & was charged $2 more. Both look alike except one was burnt. Called store & guy said to bring them back. I said we’re hungry & eating anyway. Pizzas looked like they were prepped days ahead w a couple packets of ketchup & Parmesan flakes. Absolutely unacceptable that someone knowingly put those in a box for sale.

We just ordered for the first time since moving in the area. I’ve always had good experiences w/ dominos. Today our food was a disaster. All 3 pizzas are over cooked, there are no sauce on the wings, & they didn’t cut 2 out of 3 pizzas. I’m highly disappointed. I also chose traditional delivery. So I could give delivery guy tip in cash. We have it on the ring camera where he drops it off, pretends to ring the doorbell and drive off. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ordered delivery wait time was told about 25 minutes. Waited almost an hour just for my pizza to come to me uncut. I’ve had multiple problems with this location trying to give it multiple chances and now I’ve had enough. Never put enough chicken around the pizza only in some spots, honestly ridiculous. Why work in a food restaurant if you can’t feed the people good.

I was very disappointed in the pasta Primavera, it was mostly pasta with a little onion, 3 mushrooms and very little spinach and NO CHEESE on top and NO TOMATOES a d they definitely forgot to add sauce and if they put sauce I sure could not tell, and the wings had no flavor , I ordered garlic parmesian wings , they gave me something without any flavor they were bland . Don’t waste your money , the pictures are very deceiving and not what you get.

I called them to see if they were open during this winter storm we have. Obviously it’s understandable they’re going to close, or closed, but figured I would try. Person finally answers the phone and says “dominos, we’re closed for the bad weather” I said okay, thank you, be safe. While trying to say that, I just get hung up on? What happened to customer service? I’ve had a couple issues here, but always try to understand things are tough for everyone when business is busy. But I don’t appreciate rudeness. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
