This is the absolute worst store! They are consistently late with deliveries and get orders wrong. Take screen shot of when your order goes from step to step and every time they back track your order as they don’t like when you come with proof with your complaint. The management acts like it is the biggest inconvenience when you complain about not getting what you ordered. I placed an order tonight and after being quoted 25-40 min for my order I got it over an hour after it was ordered cold, the wrong order, and they refused to remake my pizza and just refunded the order. I know have to figure out dinner for me and my kids. I am very disappointed in this franchise location. Now I understand why this franchise is consistently rated 3stars.

Having lived in eight states, visited all fifty, and traveled throughout 98 countries on six continents, Dominos Pizza at 4608 Bryant Irvin, Suite 441 has been our FAVORITE place to order our family’s weekly Friday take-out for the two years we have lived here! The staff is SUPER – their Manager, Goran Kazul is AWESOME, our order is always ready and the food is always beyond expectations! These folks are like family – kind, cheerful, down-to-earth whom we would do anything for!!! Please allow this post to illustrate our deepest gratitude for always sharing their warmth and friendship. Food is always great, but not a single driver ever listens to my instructions.
I give very clear instructions on how to get in the gate but they always call me to open the gate instead which I literally can’t do without them following the instructions.
They also never leave it at my door despite me clicking the “leave at door” option or even including it in my delivery notes.
Really wish I had better things to say but this is what’s happening every time with plenty of different drivers.

Amazing Management and amazing workers and staff. They really are always at their best and make sure the pizza’s are made hot, fresh and fast with lots of toppings. Been ordering at the same place for over a few years. Very friendly, respectful and courteous too! They also have a limited seating on the inside if you want to dine in.

During the week delivery has been taking more then a hour and the one staff member Miriciah or whatever her name is refuses to serve me. I only asked her to wash her hands because she took my money and went right to making my order. I didn’t have these issues before but nothing stays the same I guess. The manger that works on the weekend is great though.

Took 45 mins for one pizza and the employees talked and joked and ate food while making the food having personal convos right infront of customers. The 2 women specifically slowing down service seemed to be a blond haired woman older and a older Hispanic woman

Negative 1000 stars if I could. I’m so mad. Ordered my little one pizza for being a big help with unpacking. It started bad when the tracker showed completed but I received nothing. I called the store to say I hadn’t received anything, I was told the driver was on the way. I asked for ETA, he said he didn’t know. I checked the door a few times, finally saw the boxes sitting outside. Driver didn’t have the decency to knock! Open the box to the foolishness you see in the photos. I asked for light sauce not a dry, brittle, burnt, cold, pathetic lifeless pizza that’s also not cut properly. The wings are also horrible. This mess shouldn’t be fed to wolves, let alone a 6 year old. Smh. I want a refund for the food and my tip. Everybody’s service sucked!

Literally just got my pizza 2 hours after placing the order. Apparently a guy named Blake made it? He totally forgot the extra cheese on the pizza. Now that the order is finally here – the pizza is cold. Cold! Absolutely wild how it took that long. I placed the order at exactly 1:31 PM. It stated my pizza was done at 1:40 PM. For it to take 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to my door is outrageous. I even attached the pictures to show how dry it is as well as the non existent extra cheese.
