It took me forever to find this location. They have no outside lights turned on at night and it’s very difficult to see from the street without them. My pizza was barely warm when I picked it up. Very disappointing across the board. When I mentioned that the lights weren’t on outside to the staff member, I got a simple ‘oh I didn’t notice” The lights not being on must be normal, or you think they’d notice the drop in sales for people that just stopped in. Not a big deal when you order online as long as you know where the building is. If you don’t,be careful cuz you may never find it!

He accidentally forgot a bottle of soda that I ordered and went out of his way to make it right, that’s what I call excellent customer service!!!

It appears this location has gone right down the toilet again, pizza was undercooked and missing pepperoni, garlic bread bites tasted like chewing gum and were soaking through the box.
Spoke with shift manager Luis who refused to replace the order and tried blaming me after I told him there was a glitch with the app, asked to speak with district manager, cursed me out in Spanish and hung up.
Then called back claiming it was a bad connection, asked again for replacement and was told if I didn’t like his policy to take my business elsewhere which I intend to do.
Reported this incident to corporate for them to handle and hopefully resolve and would give ZERO STARS if I could

Im rating this store 4 stars just because the 2 employees i spoke with handled the situation so well. Luis and Axe did phenomenal tonight considering that they were extremely short staff. I ordered a pizza around 9:40pm it’s just now getting delivered at 11pm. I don’t blame the staff but blame the corporation because I don’t think they received the right training and were completely understaffed. Do better Dominos but please give the employees grace.

EVERY TIME I have ordered from them other than the deep dish pizza there are problems with the food. For one u can’t get anyone to answer the phone half the time and I order EXTRA cheese toppings and meat on my sandwiches and there literally is nothing on my sandwiches. U pay for extra and get nothing, not even what’s supposed to be on it. We travel for my husband’s work and to be honest ohio of all places is the only dominos I would ever go to again. pizza is generally good but don’t waste your time with the cheese dips or marinara dips. when they first debuted they were good, but now it’s barely enough cheese to cover the bottom of the container, and what little isn’t burnt to the bottom isn’t even that great.
