Delivery driver in black truck, mustache and long hair at this location thought it would be a good idea to throw golfballs out of the driver side window striking multiple vehicles on I35 S W in Fort Worth. He thought road rage was the way to go. We do have proof including pics of truck and license plate. Multiple cars were hit. Police will be involved. Tried to call this store multiple times but no answer.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered a pib xr they gave us a coke when I called to rectify the situation they said they will deliver a sprite made us wait 30 min…. Thirty minutes passed nothing. Called back to see where my drink is and they told me they’re not giving me another drink that they “called to tell me they didn’t have pib and because I didn’t answer” they decided instead of giving me my money back they gave me a coke ( that I’m allergic to) I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me I tried to call back they just let it ring I’ve been in the food industry for ten years and I’ve never done some grimey shit like this. I will be escalating this to their owner of the company or their hire ups. Disgusting display of decent service.

All the men workers 3 including the manager are so rude & need to find customers service training !! Trying to intimidate me ,didn’t work ! Messed up my order & I waited in drive thru forever even had to call the store to just talk to someone they answered then came to see my complaint then trying to argue with me . Make me leave the drive thru . Manager having the workers relay his messages even tho I could hear him all loud saying I should call to place my order even tho I used app and all other kind of false information . Just bad experience never going back to that location! If I could give 0 star I would . Left with my original pizza that was not right .

ON 09/28/2023 EVENING, MANAGER CHRISTIAN AND EMPLOYEES TRIED TO GIVE ME TAMPERED PIZZA
On a previous occasion, this same manager who stated his name is Christian (Caucasian male, short, wide, with long hair and glasses) had showed his unprofessional-ism by using much profanity and inappropriate work talk while I was waiting on my pizzas. Then when I stood up at the counter when my pizzas were done I was ignored for about 7 minutes straight by not only the employees but also the manager Christian who looked at me at least 3 times. When I was finally helped by an employee I asked to speak to the manager, who happened to be Christian, and informed him of my frustration, especially with him since he looked at me multiple times. He then answered by lying and putting the blame on his employees.
I think at this point, they made a mental note of me and my account as they did not seem to take my constructive criticism well.
Fast forward a few days, I then ordered another 2 pizzas. They looked good; however, one was made incorrectly (wrong toppings). I then called in and spoke to a manager (not sure exactly who it was that I spoke to) and I informed him of the mistake, but assured him it wasn’t a huge issue. I just asked for a credit for the correct pizza for a future date. He stated that was fine and even added lava cakes as a credit.

Fast forward a day or two, I called into the Domino’s to redeem my free pizza and lava cakes. I actually was answered by the manager Christian, he claimed that there were no credits under my account, but stated he believed I was telling the truth and would apply the credits (Not sure why the credits weren’t under my account). A bit later, I then drove up to the pick up window and was greeted by Christian.
When I stated who I was, Christian then left the window open as he went back to grab the food. I heard as he was walking back to retrieve the food, he shouted my name and referred to my order as order 6, multiple times. I noticed when he did so, I then heard the other employees start laughing and uttering my order name as well. I thought this was suspicious.
When I got home and opened the box, I noticed multiple things that looked suspicious. There was a pit in a slice like someone pressed down on it, then there was another piece that broke very easily when I attempted to look under it, like it was already broken. Finally, I noticed under and near the damaged slices there were multiple spots of dried sauce and food pieces, almost like the box had been used before. I have attached the picture so others can see exactly what I was looking at.
I’m not an idiot, this pizza had clearly been destroyed and/or tampered with and I most certainly think this manager and his employees are evil and dumb enough to pull a disgusting act like this in retaliation of our prior encounters. Needless to say I will never order from here again and my daughters did eat the lava cake as it looked fine, but if they get sick soon after I will call the police and file charges against the staff working that night.

I only ever get pizza delivered from here and it’s fine. Great food, only okay at answering the phone when we call. The last time I ordered from here I was told there was one delivery driver having to deliver orders at around 10pm, which leads me to assume the location is understaffed. I hope they get more staff soon

No complaints about the food but the delivery driver ROY has a tip entitlement issue. The first time I was unable to tip I got the dirtiest look/attitude from ROY as he walked away shaking his head and mumbling under his breath. Not everyone can leave tips but when I can I hand them cash but ROY will NEVER receive a tip from me. The other driver Clayton is as sweet as can be and never has an attitude that’s why I go out of my way to make sure he has a tip even if it’s only $5.

Used to order nothing but Pizza Hut. Every single time, they left off my extra sauce, and delivered cold pizza an hour later. Got fed up and decided to try Domino’s over a year ago. What a great change! The pizza quality is much better! I’ve ALWAYS gotten HOT pizza, and quick delivery. The drivers are always friendly. I’ll never order from any place else.

It’s a sad Sunday! My pizza from here usually is on point nice and full of sauce and pepperoni.. today it was dry not even cut through , didn’t even have the nice buttery crust… I’ve notice when Edgar makes it it’s on point… I don’t who made it today but it was not up to expectations . update*************** this pace is no good!! I ordered around 945pm and nothing has been received I called the store and after 30min hold time the delay is that they only have one driver. If you want your pizza probably best to do pick up
