I love this location. Pizza always hot weather it’s delivered or pickup order. Any combination. You dream of is delicious with a very pretty presentation. If its nit tadty then you chosen yoppings that just dont pair well, but that presentation gonna always be gorgeous. Delivery is on time. Love the tracker.

Ordered 2 pizzas online for pick-up. I got to the store about 10-15 minutes after the tracker said the order was ready. Employees couldn’t find my order so they told me they would remake it. Fine. Waited in the parking lot about 10 minutes. I came back in to check the status of the order and I was handed 2 pizzas.

I have attempted to contact this location for approximately an hour. I have been hung up on prior to speaking to anyone and now they do not answer. My pizza was dropped and returned to the store for them to add more cheese to cover it up. I will be disputing the charge and they can take that up with my bank. The tracker showed Robert near my home only to pass the street and head straight to the store. Then returned to my area to give me the pizzas I ordered with a messy box and uncooked cheese. I mean, they continue to not answer the phone. I wouldn’t be so upset if they owned up to it and made good on their mistakes. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way either. I placed the order to have it delivered around 3:45p and they didn’t come to the house until an hour after that.

This Domino’s consistently makes pizzas that look great, with a good amount and distribution of toppings, and tastes great. Staff and management are awesome, and the only issue I’ve ever had here (a pizza that was missing a topping) was rectified quickly with no problems at all.

It’s been over two hours since I placed my pizza order, and I still haven’t received it. I attempted to contact the store multiple times with no success, which is extremely frustrating. I had to reach out to the customer service team by email just to request a refund.
This level of service is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous. I expected better communication and timeliness from your team, especially when dealing with paid orders.
Please ensure this issue is properly documented and escalated so it does not happen again.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza online for delivery and it took almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I called and check on the pizza and the manager Crystal was very rude and hung up on me. I went to the store in person to see what was going on and to return the pizza. When I arrived at the store Crystal and her daughter that also works there, started yelling and cussing after I said something about her hanging up in my face. The daughter who is also an employee was acting like she was going to jump over the counter and start a physical altercation and had to be held back by her mother (the manager) and employees. Not only that, the manger crystal refused to give us a refund after taking the pizza back. Long story short, don’t ever visit this location and I also made several reports to domino’s corporate and I filed a report with the better business bureau. Still waiting on my refund

I ordered carry-out online for this store. Again, it is my fault for giving this store another chance since they are the closest to my house. I got there, and the girl at the counter asked me for the order’s name like three times. She returned and told me it was not ready yet, no problem; I got there too fast, I guess. Then I noticed that the girl was wearing earphones. She started making pizzas and forgot about me until another employee tried calling her attention, but she couldn’t hear anything. Then she acted like the order was just out of the oven.
When I got home, I noticed the same issue I always have with this store: They cut the pies with wooden knives, or they need to sharpen the ones they have. Every single slice of my pie was coming off in chunks and pieces—also, lots of bubbles and places in the middle with no cheese or pepperoni.
Time to leave Domino’s again and go back to the other competitors.

I ordered a large ham and pineapple for pickup. Once the order tracker showed it was ready for pickup, I left my house to head to the store. When I arrived I was informed that my order was not ready and they just mark them as ready so corporate would think they were doing a good job. After 25 minutes waiting in the store, they finally gave us our order. We got home and this is the pizza we received. I called the store to have them remake it for an exchange. I was informed by Julius that he can’t remake my pizza right now and to call back at 8:30pm and ask for him and to remind him at that time he said he would make me another pizza. It’s currently 6:30pm. Am I seriously expected to wait for 2 hours for them to remake a single pizza they burnt to a crisp? I won’t be ordering from this location again any time soon.

I called an hour+ into waiting and they claimed “the pizzas are already out for delivery.” When the pizzas finally got here they were severely burnt but COLD & completely inedible. This dominos used to be our favorite for a quick, affordable meal. What on earth has happened here??? I had to throw the entire order away today & now am having to deal with emailing customer support and trying to just get a refund and not a coupon for half off. *sigh*
