Order for my kids cause I was going out. Came back after 3 hours they never got the pizza. The delivery driver left it on the porch. Never knocked i have four dogs that would go off if they would have. Went up to find out why they never received it. That’s when I found out it was put on the porch. Instead of being handed to someone. But Samuel remade our order. Was nice and polite. Thank you Samuel for your service. And for being understanding.

28 minutes for a “quality check” is ridiculous.
Do you know how many free pizzas I’ve gotten from this location because they just can’t seem to get it together? I keep trying to give them a chance and they prove me right every time. Last time it sat in quality check for 30 mins and my pizza was cold and didn’t have the extra cheese I paid EXTRA for.
This will probably be the last time they get my business.
Editing to say the delivery driver, Clifford I believe, was super nice to my husband. He was kind and efficient. Thank you Clifford !

I usually do not have an issue with this location. But tonight my pizza arrived scattered throughout the box and had absolutely no sauce on it. I double checked the order and it was in fact supposed to have Alfredo. So now I’m basically left with cold chips with a few toppings on top. Disappointing. Especially with the amount I gave for a tip and the amount of money I have spent at this location.

RUDE. I got a burnt pizza and 3 that were NOT CUT. When I asked for a refund I was meant with a very rude manager who wouldn’t not even listen to the issue. Was told since the employee who handed me my pizzas did not show them to me, so I did not see them before leaving the store. Was told that is my fault and not their problem. Was them hung up on and not credited at all for my 3 messed up orders.

I always give this location and drivers 5 stars. Tonight was a first from any pizza place. Order large extra cheese, pepperoni. One of my regular drivers. Wished I took pic before I ate. It looked like two different halves put together. The cheese color is different and where it was half cuts didn’t line up the pepperoni on the slice beside it. The havles didn’t taste same. The dark side tasted day old. No ideas. But I ate it before I took pic because I was hungry.

My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and wings from here 8/2/2025. She did not want cheese on her pizza (weird) so I clicked no cheese. Well they put cheese on it. I ordered the 8 piece chicken WINGS, the honey BBQ. Well I got 8 legs NO WINGS!!!! Plus there was 3 “wings” that had zero BBQ SAUCE on them. I should’ve taken a pic so I could’ve posted it. 1 small pizza, 1 medium pizza, 1 8 piece “wings” $56.25 plus tip!!!! We stopped ordering from CiCi’s because they went to crap. So we’re gonna have to find another pizza place.

To bad 1 star has to he left, over time the wings and sauce have gotten smaller and less yet the price has risen. The wings delivered had hardly no sauce and chicken was mushy. Called and was told i had to take them up there to be refunded or remade, nice considering i had to have them delivered so theres 18 bucks in the trash. Thanks alot.

Talk about a model of consistency. It’s not often that you get the same quality each time at any restaurant or fast food place, but at this dominos you definitely do. Their pizzas are always made delicious and cooked perfect. No undercooked dough, sauce patches, or empty toppings spots.
When you compare them to their competitors they blow them away in all facets.
I’m also always impressed on how when you walk in to pick up your pizzas, you see an operation behind the counter that is a well oiled machine. Great job to the leadership and staff there and also thanks for making a stuffed crust that beats out the rest!

It’s borderline comical the incompetence of this location. Order through the app, waited for over an hour. Called the store, stated it’s on its way. Waited longer, called again stated it was handed to a gentleman at the door. They read the address wrong. Called again, stated they were re making the order. Finally receive the order, out of 4 items ordered 1 was correct. If you order from them use crayons…..
