I never come to Domino’s, if I ever needed pizza from Domino’s, I do delivery. Tonight I went thinking I can get a Little Caesars hot and ready pizza but they were closed, so I decided to go to Domino’s, which was a mistake. The gentleman in the front some Caucasian guy with a wedding band with a beard on his face was just very rude and put out that I was ordering a small pizza an hour before they closed. I’d ask him questions like how much is a medium pizza and it would take him like a minute to respond to me just very Get the heck out of here kind of attitude from him. So I ordered a small pepperoni pizza they said it would be ready in 10 minutes and then I said I’d wait. The same gentleman that rung me up sneezed five times in the kitchen without covering his mouth and then I see that he’s kneeding The pizza dough with his bare hands in front of me. I don’t like confrontation so I just didn’t say anything. I’m not eating this pizza anyways. I paid for it. I don’t expect a refund. I’m just never going back here again. And then the Hispanic gentleman that also was there that night when he handed me the pizza he said here you go and I said thank you. Do you have any Parmesan packets and pepper packets? He said that they do not carry those here. What kind of pizza place does not have Parmesan packets or hot pepper packets? I will never stop here again. Absolutely disgusting customer service and disgusting hygiene habits. Y’all need to have a health department person show up there and check out their kitchen. So now I’m giving the small $10 pizza to my poodle.

This was unfortunately the worst experience at a dominoes I’ve ever had. For starters the small buff chick pizza was $14 which I think is insanely priced. The hand tossed pizza tasted funky and had almost no sauce on it. The buff chick pizza tasted very weird and nothing like buff chick pizza does. There was no spice at all and just tasted like cheesey chicken. The toppings on the tots were burnt and tasted horrible. Overall 2/10 would not eat again.

Not really happy with dominos right now. We ordered a pizza and to their credit it arrived promptly. The pizza however was overcooked. So check this out, as soon as i called the young lady I spoke with asked me to have their pizza back ( so there goes covid worries out the window ) I was about to offer for them to pick it up anyway. We are trying to be honest. Btw one pizza was 30 bucks tip already included. After I called I felt very disappointed because of how rude and uncaring the staff is, this was my favorite pizza joint. My wife wanting some answers called again to complain to the manager ( kalob) and first of all no apologies were offered, which would have smoothed things out right away. Kalob was way rude and you can tell he did not care at all to fix the problem or to help the customer feel appreciated and taken care of. That commercial on TV is a huge lie…. Way to go dominos you just lost a customer who frequented your restorant 3 times a month.

Funny True Story – I ordered a veggie specialty pizza online. I received a phone call to let me know that they had left off one ingredient on half of the pizza so they were making a new one correctly and would give me the first one free – it would just take a little bit longer to have them delivered because they needed to cook the new one. Fine by me! Delivery guy brought both, we were happy, then much to my surprise I discovered the new one was missing the tomato sauce! I’m still giving them 4 stars! Probably a busy night or running low on ingredients.

This is the worst pizza store ever I called for 10 min No one answered so I went to the store there was 4 employes the phone started to ring again no one even bothered, I got the manager’s spacial for 9.99 I end up paying 13 dollars because I wanted the white sauce so I waited for over 30 min to get my pizza and it was red sauce instead of the white one and green paper instead of the banana papers so I told them they said they were sorry offered to remake it for me it’s only gonna take 5 min and here I am waiting for 40 min and again they missed up again and gave me green pepper at this point am mad because i don’t want to wait again for another hour so i leave I get home and we ate me and my family less than 30 min my daughter start throwing up, she got food poisoning and I’m stuck laying here with a upset stomach and diarrhea. oh I forgot to mention the lady was handling cash and cards bare hands and immediately went to preping the dough and pizzas she didn’t even wash her hands which against the health code I will make sure am gonna call the city and never step a foot here again even if it was free keep your bad employees, bad pizza, by the way i came to the store at 08:30 just in case if you want to check your camaras which I highly doubt that anyone cares .

I placed an order to be delivered to Great Wolf Lodge and my order was wrong. I have 3 hungry kids with me so I called the store angrily and spoke with a manager by the name of Derick who couldn’t have cared less about their careless mistake. No empathy or sense of urgency. He seemed annoyed that I was complaining but agreed to re make the order and have it re delivered. 30 minutes later we still didn’t have the order so I called and had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with Kevin another manager who seemed to be bothered when I explained to him what was going on. I asked that the order be canceled and ended up getting pizza from the hotel rather than have the kids wait any longer to eat. The lack of empathy and the dismissive tone of Kevin was extremely frustrating. And I can’t forget the delivery driver Cynthia (large Hispanic woman) who gave me the look of death for not tipping. Why would I tip for the wrong order? ♀️ make better life choices so you’re not relying on tips
