Food was cold when we received it. I paid for extra mushrooms and ended up with a total of 10. Highly disappointed with this pizza. The thin crust was so crispy the kids had problems eating it and it was a dark brown color.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas just before 5 pm. They got to my house at 6:52 and were burned, cold and inedible. Called to get them replaced. Staff member, very nice, said he would have new order out 30 minutes. No problem. Finally received the order and it was just as bad as the first order. $30 and three hours later I am writing this review. I won’t order again. So sad because y’all used to be my favorite.

I ordered their 9.99 large pizza with up to seven toppings and it was outstanding. When I went to pick it up this staff were very friendly and courteous. I showed up a little bit early but got my pizza within 3 to 5 minutes. The store seemed like it was ran very well

We love the food. But I ordered delivery at 530 and the driver left at 625 and after calling the store was told it would be another 20 min….was told the app is always wrong. So we will eat hour old probably cold food. Had we known this we would have picked it up. We spent 60 just to wait 2 hours and have luke warm food.

We have ordered from this location twice in two weeks. We were impressed. Our order was not only accurate, but also hot & fresh. The team member the first evening was great despite being busy due to the $8.99 pizza deal, the team member (different) the 2nd time was also fantastic and kind. From the food being hot & fresh to the hospitality being top notch! We will be back.

I made an order at 7:18pm from the domino’s app and they told me it was going to be ready around 35-47 minutes. They pizza got to me at 9:16, it took 2 hours. The food is really good, but if I can recommend you something you should pick up if you want your food fast.

ordered delivery. an hour went by from the time it got out of the oven and nobody on the way. called the store to find out it was supposedly “on the way” they had just gotten busy. another 20 minutes until i got my pizza, and i love 5 minutes away. they don’t stop anywhere else either. very disappointed

Every time I order from them it’s 2 plus hours before delivery. The food is either over cooked or wrong order. Manager promised 1 hr deliver this time l. Yet again 2.5 hrs later still not here and kids and I have to go to bed! Won’t be ordering again oh just opened and ones burnt again!!!

The last 3 times we have had nothing but trouble, you have to order online or through some corporate office so online it is. Doesn’t matter though cause apparently no one can read and / or don’t care!!!! The pizzas we have ordered have been wrong and had to be remade with no interest in apologizing or offering anything!!! This time the bread bites weren’t ready and again, no one at all cared or bothered to apologize or ask if they could do anything!!!!! I’m sick of costumer service in general and so should be anyone in managerial position!!!! The unmitigated gaul of everyone anymore to assume we have to accept this as a norm!!!! I will purchase Papa Murphy’s or frozen pizza from now on!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Shame on you Dominos!!!! The next part of this is that while I asked for green olives on two slices I got jalapeños ; amassing being that I am still getting over brain surgery and anything spicy upsets my stomach!!! Also I was asked to email customer service and see what they could do , I have still yet to receive a response. I am not expecting anything however if you reach out to me concerning your business perhaps you should respond when they do. Whatever!!!
