Delivery girl was quick and friendly and for that I give 3 stars.
My pizza was completely wrong and the manager Zack refused to make it right. He claimed the app erased my toppings. This store is in Euless and I would avoid them and go to a different location.
There should have been chicken, black olives and mushrooms.
But that was more important to save those few ingredients than pleasing a customer.
Price was ridiculous.

Amazing team at this store, our Mens softball ( Hope City church ) team stopped by at 10ish pm we ordered around 20 boxes of pizza and every worker got to is with a amazing attitude and did not take long to get our food, thanks again and God bless

Disappointing to say the least. The first 2 photos ( sandwich WITH PINEAPPLE AND NO SAUCE, and the tots that look like a sad imitation of what they should be) was our first order, middle of the “dinner rush”. Called, complained (as this isnt the first screw up they’ve done on our orders). The manager was very apologetic which I am great full for. Still pissed though! The other pictures are of the remake and the added brownie as part of the apology. looks far better as far as the sandwich goes, but the tots dont look much different. I don’t know if the oven up top is a bit too hot, but that’s still not right. I used to work for domino’s and it’s just sad to see this.
Sadly I do think this will be the last time we order from this location :/

I will never be ordering from this store again. I have placed over 60 orders with them in the past, but tonight was the final straw. I placed my order at 10:05, then called and was told I had to pick it up at midnight. They assured me it would be fresh, and that they would refund me.
When I got there to pick it up, the food was pulled out of the fridge, and it was clear it was old. I had paid for extra cheese and extra sauce, but it clearly didn’t have either. On top of that, the brownie was deformed, not fully intact, and as hard as a brick. I will never use this store again. The worker told me it was because someone had quit, but that’s no excuse.
I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau—best believe that. Someone needs to step in and fix this store. This is the second order since the new cook started that my order was wrong, which is ridiculous. To make matters worse, when I got there, a line of people had been waiting outside for over an hour.

“Your order will be out shortly” if it means sit in your car for 15-30 min on order that is ready to be picked, for curbside pickup. What a waste of time.” Might as well remove curbside pickup from app.

This location is terrible!! I ordered a salad, a large hand tossed pizza and bread bites. Didn’t get the salad, although I did get ranch and a fork so yay. The pizza was super thin, not hand tossed and the bread bites were changed to the twist bread that sucks. You screwed up an entire order and there were only three items on it!!!!!

Complaint on store #6940
First, when I arrived yesterday one of the workers was sitting on the counter top with the registers talking to someone.
Second, I was given the wrong food and when I called no one answered. I ordered a medium two top and pizza and pasta Primavera. When I got home the pasta has chicken in it. I don’t eat chicken so I decide to just take the food back in it’s original box. I take the food back today still in the box untouched. A red head woman takes my receipt looks at it & said she would remake the pasta without a problem. She then starts to remake the pasta without washing her hands & proceeds to pick up the pasta, & toppings and with her bare hands, after just coming from the register. I tell her that’s unsanitary & she ask did I want her to wash her hand after she touched my receipt. I said yes. She gets an attitude. I asked for a manager I heavy set Hispanic man comes to the front says he is the manager and I simply just ask for a refund because it’s unsanitary for her touched everything without washing her hands. He didn’t know how to give me a refund . Then taller caucasian man that was sitting in the counter yesterday comes up and said he is the manger. I asked what is his name & he tells me He doesn’t have to tell me his name and that’s apart of their policy. He said that I cannot get a refund. I should’ve called the store yesterday. I explained I did & no one answered & that he sitting on the counter when I picked up my order. I explained again how what red hair woman did was unsanitary & He then said he trust his workers & I couldn’t get a refund. I would have to get the pasta that she already put her unwashed hands in.
The entire experience was unprofessional I never received a refund or got my correct order. The workers are leaving the register and then going straight to making food without washing their hands. The workers are unprofessional & I would just like the money back for the food I never received.

Pasta dish has very little pasta in it for $6.99, My pizzas are not light cheese, they look like extra cheese. Employees are not reading the tickets like they are suppose to. This is getting worse everytime I order. I keepnhoping that they would get better but they are not. I don’t like to complain or give bad reviews, but this is getting out of hand and they are not getting better.

This is usually my favorite Domino’s to order from, Always fresh ,fast delivery, Nice drivers.. But today I have a complaint about the food I know they noticed this during the quality check, so why send it out like this? It looks terrible. I should have checked the pizzas when the driver handed them to me, had I done so I definitely would not have excepted the pizza in this condition
