Ordered a pizza today from the same dominos I always order from. When it gets here it looks like my driver slammed on his brakes or took speed bumps going 30 to 40 my pizza is shifted and curled up. As you can see on the box this is supposed to be a 12″ hand tossed pizza. I got some kind of thin crust pizza which unfortunately I can’t eat due to dental work, called to inform of the mistake and was told I can come pick up a pizza or get a credit. I declined both being that I am hungry tonight and driving to get a pizza is not why I ordered delivery. Was told they’re too busy and did not have enough drivers. I was done with the conversation, declined all offers and got off the phone! Not happy Dominos!

Grand experience!! Just spoke with a Ella’s and she made my day!!! Celebrating my son’s 12th birthday, his party members failed, we are not from Texas, so we had to make the best we could. Made it to urban air, was not able to order pizza here for some reason, it’s my son favorite food called Ella’s, she made the experience grand! Best customer service I’ve ever received from Dominoes.
