Management is lackluster to say the least. ALWAYS have a problem with this location, whether it’s due to almost 2 hrs wait for delivery to watching the team members laugh, joke and play around while sitting waiting to receive my order. Manager called and said since I was cashing in a reward order there wasn’t much he could do for refund. I’ve done this job at a high level……it’s not hard so excuses don’t hold much weight for me. They’re so bad in lindale I’ve been settling for docs just so I don’t have any bs. Standard has to be higher do better!

It’s Dominos I’m not picky. I do carryout and it’s cheap as dirt especially with 3$ coupon. Pics 2 different scores. Both came well done with air bubbles even sparseness but I still slammed them.

My third trip to this location yielded a pie that was burnt to a crisp. How did they hand this to me with a straight face. Ain’t hard to please but come on now.

Pizzas from here are rarely cut evenly if they’re cut at all. This time, we ordered a Memphis bbq chicken pizza. There was almost no sauce on it, so it was like a pizza with chicken,, cheese and bread. The cheese pizza i ordered extra cheese for but there was barely any cheese on it an all. I spent $60 on 3 pizzas. The girl at the restaurant just said ‘im really sorry’ . I spend a ton of my money at this place. Sorry that is a terrible level of customer service. I’ll likely be ordering from Pizza Hut or little ceasars going forward. Sick of crappy service and quality and nobody that runs these places try to make it right ever. This is just our current societal state that we’re in I guess.

Been getting pizza here every Friday night for a year and half. Pretty much every single one has been on point. They are really dang quick, even for a Friday, and have always been friendly. Pickup and the reward program are key to keep the price down.

Literally just got off the phone with the Store manger, because NONE of our pizzas were cut. Her excuse… well our pizza cutter is dull…. im sorry what? So GO across the street to WALMART and buy a hand held one. Crazyyyyy idea right?? She said she’d be giving me a full refund cause I had to do THEIR job. Sorry but I paid of 60.00 plus for 4 pizzas to have missing items and to cut them myself… you’ve got to be joking. Talk about being lazy. I wish I could post pictures here about it.

First time I went to pick up my order when it said it was ready. Was waiting at the store and see one of their drivers come back a little bit later because they accidentally grabbed the wrong order. There was no communication to me what happened and no apologies for the mixup and delay. I’ve worked in the food industry and very understanding. Communication and apologies goes a long way. Pizza was not even warm when I get back to my place which was about 7 mins away
