Let me preface this by saying the driver Isaac did his best and none of this is his fault.
Here’s what happened
I ordered pizza (as you do) and had it for delivery, the driver got lost and tried calling me but apparently I forgot to update my number so I didn’t get the call (my bad, like I said not the drivers fault) I called the store and apparently I was talking to the assistant manager Cassandra and she said she would call the driver. He still couldn’t find us. When I tried calling the store back she wouldn’t answer. My wife called and I don’t know the exact conversation that was had but the manager said she would call the driver. Then when we saw the driver pass our house we both tried calling the store again and the manager would not answer. So we drive up there and I demanded a refund which she said she couldn’t do. Then she said she would remake my order I said “just make it right” and we went back and forth for a minute and I finally said I’m not doing this all night which she said “me either” and shut the window and locked it. So I go out to my car with my wife and start trying to contact dominos customer service and as I’m doing that gladewater pd pulls up and questions me. Then questions the manager. In the end the manager gave me my order as the delivery driver Isaac had returned to the store (he called me and I told him just come back to his store and I would get it from him because my wife is pregnant and just wanted her pizza) and refunded me for my order. I have already contacted customer care and will be escalating this. Calling the cops over me being upset with her poor customer service and refusing to do anything about it was completely uncalled for. She needs to be demoted and retrained completely.

I debated whether or not to write this review because up until recently, I’ve had nothing but positive things to say about the Domino’s here in Gladewater. Key words. Up until recently. I don’t know what happened. The food is way worse. They mess up orders, then I have to have them remade and they’re messed up again. The people there that are usually nice aren’t there anymore and it’s all gone downhill. Super disappointed cause I loooooove Domino’s. 🙁 don’t know if I’ll make a return.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered a pizza from Domino’s in Gladewater, Texas, and it arrived without any Alfredo sauce. When I called to address the issue, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with both the food and the service. We ordered our food around 11:30AM this morning, we never received the food until almost 1:30PM. When the food was delivered the driver stated that the previous driver had delivered the food to the incorrect address due to their phones map, which is understandable the street i live on has an East and West side. When finally receiving the food this is the mac and cheese i was given which was completely unacceptable. When calling the store and speaking with the manager on duty at 1:30 pm i was met with a rude attitude. I told the manager what the issue was and his response was “your address was wrong in our system” which isn’t what was told to us by the driver and when that as brought to the managers attention his only explanation was that it was a new driver delivering the food. The original driver who brought us the food had said the driver who had delivered it to the incorrect address had it wrong on their personal maps. I was given 2 options of they could either remake the food and send it back out and wait an additional 45 minutes or i could get the food refunded, neither of which were acceptable. I did get the order remade and resent back as well as refunded but the way the manager spoke to me was completely unprofessional, he attempted to make it seem like it was my fault for the order being delivered to the wrong address when it was on the driver who delivered the original order

This is probably the best Domino’s we’ve ever ordered from. We’re from out of town and was traveling through so we placed an order online for pick up and it was ready within 12 minutes. Was fresh, warm and tasted great. The employees here are outstanding, professional and very friendly! Highly recommended!

I bought pizza from here to quell the burning desire of drinking gasoline after my wife left me and subsequently the kids too. Much to my dismay i was gifted with this fine craftsmanship of a delectable Italian dish. with a rush to the door and a swipe at my car keys i was back at the store lickity split sparing nobody whom dared cross my path red light or speed limits. Brandon greeted me at the front door. He was my knight and the oven was his glorious steed. after describing my issue and returning the abortion gone wrong. Brandon delicately grabbed my hand in his and assured me we would get through this together. within 10 minutes we had successfully seeded another small cheese with jalapeno and pineapple. this one looked so much better than the last i had nearly feinted in astonishment. the fact a minimum wage worker was able to replicate an order in such a perfect fashion left me speechless. i offered Brandon payment in the form of a ride in my 1984 buick regal which he politely declined. i highly request anyone whom order from this establishment request only from Brandon as everyone else is nowhere near perfect

We really enjoy eating and shopping as local as possible. We chose to buy pizza from domino’s and so far we haven’t been disappointed. I must say that I wish the thin crust pizza was cut differently but other than that we always get good service and fresh food from this location. The employees so far have been nice to us too.

Pioneer shoes ordering on Domino’s website somehow clicked the wrong base sauce called and asked them to remake the pizza I bring this other Pizza back and got told no I don’t think so when I know for a fact there’s carry out insurance and the original guy who answered the phone said he would make it but the manager vetoed that when he can’t beat her that anybody with the general manager’s info would be greatly appreciated.
