I went in this location to PURCHASE an empty pizza box because my daughter had a school project. A lady at the front desk went to ask her manager in the process another employee told me someone earlier had done the same thing. Well when the lady returned she said her manager said NO. Ha I used to use them alll the time. Not anymore. I drove down the road to Pizza Hut on Gilmer rd and explained I needed it for school project and I wanted to PURCHASE the box. They were extremely nice and GAVE it to. Shout out to Pizza Hut and for being a supportive local business of our students.

The food is good but the staff here is seriously lacking. Every time I call or go in to order I’m told that they’re understaffed…if they even acknowledge me. The last time I went inside to place an order I stood at the desk for over 10 minutes while the female worker ignored me the entire time. Not even a “hello” or “one moment”. Just complete silence and no eye contact. I ended up walking out without being spoken to. Very poor service.
