I’ve ordered from dominos VA a ton of times. Sometimes they get the order correct, sometimes they don’t which I usually let go but when is enough enough? When are the leaders of the franchise going to make sure their employees are doing their jobs correctly in order to serve their customers? They charged me for drinks I ordered the last time I got carry out through the app and once I went to pick up my food they informed me they didn’t have any drinks in which I already paid for. Didn’t offer any compensation or refund or credit towards anything. The money isn’t the problem. It’s the principle of the situation and the fact that the franchisee still hasn’t reached out to make the situation right when I’m spending money in your franchise at a minimum of once per week. They will not get another penny from me or anyone I come in contact with.

I would not order any food from here I will advise you that your money may be stolen I placed an order here and everything went through just fine I even gave a tip and then the next day my balance was updated reflect the tip. Then another day or so later my balance updated again for twice the amount that I purchased and I called the manager and told him that my card was charged extra and he said oh it’s nothing on our side somebody else called in today too for the same thing you should call your bank

When our call was answered (on 6/5) by a nice young lady, it seemed to be an alright start. When placing the order, she politely asked questions and politely took our order. She checked to make sure our area was in their delivery zone, and double checked to see if the drinks we ordered came in 20 ounce bottles. No problems so far.

The staff here is so rude! They refused to grab my pick up order from the hot shelf and then had the audacity to say they never got the order. I worked at dominos for years and never gave anyone this level of disrespect. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

Listen up folks, I gotta warn ya about this one. The Domino’s Pizza in VanAlstyne, well let me tell ya, it’s a disaster. Burned crust, undercooked toppings, and don’t even get me started on the attitude of the youngins working there. Irresponsible, uncommunicative, it’s like they don’t care about the customer at all. Trust me, steer clear of this joint. There’s plenty of other pizzerias out there that won’t serve ya a subpar slice.

Me and my boyfriend ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with extra sauce and both of them had almost no sauce on them at all. We also ordered a cheese pizza for our son that when we opened the box to look at it, it’s one big crust bubble that encases the entire pizza. No cheese or sauce on almost the whole pizza, only one slice has sauce and cheese on it. I don’t understand how someone could’ve looked at the finished product of that pizza and approved on not only giving it out, but still making us pay for it.

Our first time ordering when we moved to the area they delivered the wrong order and told my wife (who was pregnant at the time) if she wanted her food to go pick it up from the restaurant. After having a conversation with the manager, they straightened it out and were ok for a month or so. Recently, however, they’ve consistently been getting orders wrong and now they just waited AN HOUR to cancel our order. Thanks a lot.
