So waited for my order to be done. App said was done so I pulled in the drive thru and they just me told me was just getting off the oven. Waiting a couple off minutes then for them to tell me that they had to remake my order so I had to wait again. Simple pepperoni pizza with no extras toppings and to wait 40 minutes. This location is one I would definitely not recommend

Everything we order from the Farmersville location we are very pleased. The pizzas are hot and taste amazing. Our favorite is the garlic bread bites. They melt in your mouth. And the delivery drivers are always friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!

The pizza is good at this location and is speedy but as we were observing through the window waiting for our order we noticed 2 employees breaking health code violations. One male employee was touching the back of their hat/hair and right afterwards started to toss the dough(without washing hands beforehand). A female employee was fixing her hair and claw clip to then immediately afterwards took a pizza out of the oven.
Please teach your employees to properly wash their hands and prevent food contamination.

We live in town an ordered 3 pizzas. My wife litterally had to add cheese to all three of them because some pieces didnt have any at all. Delivery guy was great an speed was good but litteraly no cheese on pizza is not cool

Especially this domain has staff who serve you badly. Very aggressive and they do not listen to you. I ordered two cheese pizzas and they wanted to deliver one that I did not order. Which my pizzas had never cooked. When I complain, everyone gets upset.

It’s sad when you live within city limits of your Domino’s 6.7 mi it says 11 minutes away but they won’t deliver because it’s more than 9 and 1/2 minutes so guess what I guess I’d rather drive to Greenville and pick up Pizza Hut since Domino’s won’t deliver it’s more of a principal thing at this point they won’t ever get my money now.
PS: McDonald’s is about 10 mi away and they’re going to deliver to me by noon isn’t that awesome I guess McDonald’s will get my business in farmersville from now on sorry Domino’s you suck.

Ordered pizza a week ago before this order and was delivered hot and fresh. Everything was great! 10-14 miles from ma pizzaa pizzay house. Ordered online with my app a pizza as I did before to get breadsticks for my wife while I was out of town. Order went through and said it was being prepared on the application. Then, in about 5.min, I got a call saying they couldn’t deliver. That we were not in the delivery area. I let the lady know that they just delivered to me last week. She got the manager on the phone and said they could not deliver to my house and that it was not in the delivery area. I told her it was not that far, and she told ×me I would have to pick up the order. I told her to cancel the order since I or my wife could not pick up. I was out of town and she was at home without a car. So she offered $25 credit if I could pick it up. Told her that wouldn’t happen and asked her how the application allowed me to complete the order, and they delivered the last time. She said the other manager must not have caught this last time. Told her sorry this was stupid that they could not deliver, and I would not order from there again. I will continue to order from my other domino’s locations or Use.Mr Jim’s or Pizza Street as I have done for the last 9 years here in Farmersville. Thanks to the manager who first got my pizza here without any issues and to the delivery driver as well. Pizza was great the first time! Had 1 onion that I didn’t order, but I didn’t mind that.

Ordered online. Hawaiian pizza with no ham & regular cut. I received a Hawaiian pizza WITH ham, no bacon. And it wasn’t cut all the way through. Not to mention it was extremely thin pizza, also not what I ordered. Employees need to pay better attention to orders & follow them!

I spoke to Austin for a over the phone delivery order. He was kind and prompt to make sure my order was correct. I’ve ordered from this new location a few times now and they have always delivered on time and with care. Having a dominos in Farmersville has been nice for those nights when you need a hot delicious meal. Thank you to the team that work hard and make sure you are taken care of!
