Domino’s gets a three from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️. They often forget parts of our order—sauces, items, etc. —but the store itself has a cool vibe.
They have booths so you can eat in-store ️, and a little stand for kids to step up 2–3 steps and watch the pizza prep from a perfect vantage point . Being in a standalone building gives it a unique feel ✨—not your typical strip-mall Domino’s.

First off let me explain that I prefer Papa John’s just based on flavor. I always found dominos to be away too salty. What they had a 50% off coupon on the website today so I decided to try it again.
The flavors are just so so. It is still a little more salty than Papa John’s, but also lacking flavor even though there’s supposed to be garlic on it. The little bread ball sticks are quite doughy in texture and are almost undercooked.
After eating two slices of pizza I kind of had a weird nauseating feeling. I don’t think that’s normal.
Also when I was going to pick up my order the text message never sent to me that it was ready, I had to go back on to the website and sign back in to figure it out. And the woman that made my order, had a very annoyed angry look on her face. She was African American with long locks and a couple piercings on her face. Not sure what anyone did to upset her, but it didn’t feel welcoming in the least.
Most likely wouldn’t come back.

There’s HAIR IN MY FOOD!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. Not only did I find hair in my food, but when I called the store to report it, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive and I had to ask for complete refund which he didn’t offer proactively. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, especially when bringing up a serious issue with food quality. This was completely unacceptable and has left me questioning whether I’ll ever order from this location again. Hope we won’t get sick!!

After spending ~$50 (not including the tip we gave the guy) on pizza with delivery extra, driver took around 40 minutes to arrive to our place. When we opened the boxes the pizzas were banged up! (The driver may have took a piece off the cheese pizzas) the cheese sauce was very greasy and the pizzas were poorly cut/delivered. Shame on y’all. This place keeps getting worse & needs new people & better management.

I usually don’t have food delivered, and today is a reason why I don’t. It took an hour to get to my house, as I am waiting I’m looking at the tracking to see where the driver is. It definitely showed me where he was, and it wasn’t near me. So I’m waiting and then I look at the tracker again and it tells me , your order has been delivered, hope you enjoy your pizza. No pizza was delivered. I call up there the lady said she would call the driver, then she hangs up on me, so I call backanother girl answers and keeps asking what my address is. I tell her 10 times, the other lady is on the phone still with the driver and then tells me he’s on his way. She then lies to me and says the tracker hasn’t been working right the pass couple days. I’m thinking it was working just fine when he was delivering his first order. But what ever. The driver finally gets here and he apologized because he hit the wrong button for what delivery he had first delivered. The girl could have just been honest and told me that. But she had to lie about. Why lie, it wasn’t necessary.
I’m done ordering from here, rude staff and they lie , when they didn’t have to.

I’ve been patient with this location for a while, but their service has consistently gone downhill. This place truly needs employees who are willing to work and provide proper customer service. My order was messed up five times in a single day, which is absolutely unacceptable.
What’s even worse is that the staff showed no sense of urgency, accountability, or even a simple apology. It’s clear they can’t handle basic orders, and the lack of care is extremely disappointing. **Domino’s Pizza needs to step in and take serious action to fix what’s going on at this location.

I have ordered from this location a few times there is always something wrong. They always forget to put the garlic butter on the crust today the food was cold waited 35 min once my order came out of oven for a driver once food got here it was cold not happy. This location doesn’t even keep parmesan or pepper packets because the manager doesn’t want to give it away for free so he just doesn’t order it. That’s what some of the employees have said I really love Domino’s but this location is by far the worst.
