Only one of two pizzas ordered were delivered. Management didn’t care. Papa John’s and Pizza Hut will get my service from now on. You screwed me so screw you. I can’t believe the owner cares so little. Corporate isn’t any better.

I ordered delivery the pizza is raw, I called they told me it was cooked when it left their store, so I told them I would bring it in, because we can’t uncook a pizza, I brought it up here and the manager would not acknowledge that it was raw dough, he stated all pan pizzas come out this way. I always come here for pizza. I always get curbside pickup. Tonight my curbside pickup took over ten minutes. I signed in and then they took me out of queue. They had adequate staffing for curbside yet I had to go in and pick up my pizza. I sat outside of this establishment just to write this review because I highly disappointed.

I Ordered luch for our office and the pizza looked like it had been in a car accident
It had very little sauce and toppings and was also slightly charred. This is a little below what I expect from Domino’s but it is what it is. The delivery driver was polite but the pizza looked like someone had dropped it or it a corner too hard. Also, the thin crust was not crispy and although the pizza wasn’t cold, it wasn’t hot either.

Got a larger pepperoni pizza hand tossed and Parmesan bread bites 10/25/25 for dinner. Boy was that a mistake me and my husband woke up with the worst food poisoning. Wake you up out of the dead of your sleep food poisoning. I don’t recommend coming here because obviously they have issues in the food safety department.

Avoid this Domino’s location for delivery — you’ve been warned.
We’ve ordered from this store three times this year only because it’s the closest to our office, but every experience has been a disaster. Despite receiving a text that our pizzas were “on the way,” they never showed up — and worse, there was zero communication from the store to let us know the order hadn’t even left.
After waiting over an hour, we called and were told the pizzas were still sitting there. The only solutions offered were to come pick them up ourselves or cancel the order. We’re less than five minutes away, so we chose to pick them up — expecting at the very least a basic apology, maybe even a courtesy item like a 2-liter or breadsticks. We got nothing. Not even a “sorry.”
The staff was rude, especially the young woman handing out pizzas and a manager named Timothy, who made it clear customer service is not a priority.
There’s clearly a leadership and management issue here. Unless this store undergoes a serious overhaul, I can’t imagine it staying open much longer. Do yourself a favor and order from another Domino’s or Pizza Hut 🙂
