Just came in at 7:31 pm Friday night. No one greeted any of the 4 customers. 5 employees no one said anything to us. We had to repeatedly had to ask for them to even acknowledge us. Also it said it was ready so I left the house and it wasn’t ready yet.

Delivery service is horrible, Shane is the delivery driver seems to always have an issue with delivery when he works. Called and spoke to “Elliott the general manger” and the service during that call was trash and useless. He didn’t know how to reach Shane. Never apologized about the delivery being “delivered” but never made it, he didn’t seem to really care either. Thought things were getting better at this location but apparently not! Might not want to spend your money at this location because it’s consistently been issues. Pic posting was the last delivery Shane dropped off before today’s no show pizza.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the repeated issues I’ve experienced. This isn’t the first time something has gone wrong. You’ve forgotten the side sauce I paid for, delivered to the wrong address, and told me there was no apartment number on my account when it’s clearly there. It feels like your team doesn’t know how to properly access or manage customer information.
I also received a pizza with no sauce on it—just cheese and toppings. How do you even mess that up?
On top of that, I once had an older white male driver deliver my order with an attitude, asking me for a tip like I was obligated to give one. That was completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
At this point, the lack of attention to detail and basic customer care is unacceptable. Something needs to change.

The hygiene is dawn too poor! a string of hair was found in the pizza. Domino’s staff generally have a poor culture of not covering their heads and not using hands cloves while handling foods.

I came in right when they opened on a Saturday morning I talked to Dijon. I needed 15 pizzas for pool party. He didn’t flinch. He gave me the best customer service made sure I understood the price. He was great with all the good as soon as they have to order pizzas from here and he saved me.. and my pool party. I will only be ordering my pizzas at this Domino’s. And the pizzas were excellent also by the way
