I will NEVER order from this location again. I almost said I’ll never order from any of them again. Whichever manager is on shift as of 2/27/26 at 3:30pm is so rude. As soon as she got on the phone with me while I was telling her what was wrong with my order she had an attitude. She was being so rude, I ended up with an attitude myself. I said 1 curse word AFTER she was being condescending, and she continued to say “you don’t have to curse at me” over and over; before putting me on hold without saying hold on and never returning. I spend money with Domino’s very frequently, and this has soured me wanting to spend my hard earned money with them ever again. They left toppings off my pizza and she argued with me that they were there and they in fact were not. My issue was never resolved and she put me on hold to keep

If you can’t take the pressure of being in the restaurant business, can’t control your attitude under pressure and do not feel customer service is important, FIND A NEW LINE OF WORK. This is how my pizza got delivered. Tried to call the store and they just pick up and hang right back up. I always tip 20+ bucks.
Second time I’ve ordered from this location; First time they just forgot the condiments.
Won’t be ordering from Dominoes chain again. Have never had good experiences with them.
Pro-tip for delivery drivers: don’t carry the delivery bag vertically.

This location is absurd.
I’m currently waiting on a pizza i ordered an hour and a half ago. I’ve been on hold for 3 minutes while they “look up my order”
The order before this, our pizza was smashed. I contacted corporate and they credited our account for the amount we were charged. I tried to order from the website and the credit was not showing up.
So I called the store and they said I would have to use the app. So I downloaded the app, and it still didn’t work.
So then I called the store and said I’ll just order over the phone, and asked if we could do one of the deals that was online. They said they can’t do that.
I gave up and just ordered normally, no deal.
Now as I type this, I’ve been on hold 6 minutes. I’m sure they lost the order or something.
Order was made at 7:32. It is 8:49 now.
Insane.
There is one guy there that sounds professional but anyone else i interact with sounds like they’ve never spoken to a person before.
And we’re now 8 minutes into being on hold
Edit: SO I called again and they told me the driver delivered it to a man. That man was not me or at my house. I called back and they said they will remake it and add some bullshit appetizer too and they would deliver it. I told them not to deliver it, I will come get it myself.
I go to the store and absolutely no one says a word to me about my troubles, including the girl who would answer the phone, struggle to do anything, and then say “one second” and either leave me on hold and walk away or just set the phone down and walk away while I listened to the store. And you would think the store would be in an urgent state, but they’re just standing around joking and laughing. Hilarious how un-serious people can take a job, even if it is just pizza (I worked for pizza places for years and took far more pride in how I conducted myself.
Will not be ordering from this spot ever again, and will tell others to avoid it as well.

I really love Dominos but for some reason this location NEVER puts the garlic butter on the crust like they are supposed to. Sometimes I have to ask them to and they always act like its an issue. I always check my pizza at the counter and usually its very disappointing that its not added. Sometimes I dont even want to ask because its like mannn you guys should already be doing it. Especially when its always the same workers there that Ive asked plenty times. They just dont care enough. The hand tossed crust is supposed to come with it. Please stop making me feel like a dick for having to ask you to do something you should already be doing.

It’s ridiculous that I had to cancel my order! The delivery time kept changing!! Then I look on the app to track to driver and the driver has been sitting at the same spot (Olive Garden) for a long time! Then I called the store and the dude goes “hello”, he didn’t even say hi this dominos or nothing. I had to ask was it dominos. And he didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Just dry as hell said “I’ll go ahead and cancel your order”. I’ve never dealt with this from this particular dominos.

I ordered delivery for the first time from this store on October 19th. My ticket even told them I was a new customer.
The driver did not knock on my door or ring the doorbell. I had no idea my pizza had been delivered and it sat outside for several minutes. I did not have a tracker on my phone either. It was supposed to be contactless but they could’ve done more to ensure I knew when my pizza was there.
I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with extra pepperoni, half black olives, light sauce, light cheese. The first noticeable issue was that I did not get extra pepperoni, the slices were extremely uneven and lopsided, the black olives covered the entire pizza. None of the slices on the pizza had been sliced all the way through I could pick up the enture pie and it held together (see picture). Also there was a regular amount of cheese, there was barely any sauce in the middle of the pizza but heavy sauce on the edges. I used to be a shift manager for a dominos pizza a few years ago and we were not trained to make such sloppy pizzas. I know how many pepperonis go on a regular pizza and a extra toppings. There are literally pictures on a card that show you what it should look like, same for light cheese, & light sauce.
On the other hand I ordered the 5 cheese mac & cheese and 32 piece parmesan bread bites, both of these were delicious. They were so well made. The parm bites were perfect. Because both of these items were so good I was excited for the pizza, but I was quickly disappointed. I could only eat one slice. It was gross & not what I ordered.
Upon review of the other reviews this store in particular seems to struggle with correctly fulfilling orders.

Considering this location is the closest, I kept giving them the benefit of doubt. Hoping they would get it right the next time. Sad to say my order has ALWAYS been cold and not cooked thoroughly. I give up!

Called at 257p to order pizza delivery for dad and kiddos left at Airbnb while the ladies shopped. 5p kiddos called to inform us that no pizza had been delivered. Checking on the order, the rep tried to make it like I was crazy. All my card info was taken by their worker but NO ORDER WAS created. All management would do was apologize and Allison was nice but now I have to lock my card and wait for new card as this is FRAUD ALERT in bold letters.

(Ordered 05/19 @ 2:25pm) Pizza was absolutely disgusting and revolting. I ordered a large “NY style” pepperoni not a NY street trash pizza. It was extremely greasy, that all the slices fell apart completely before picking them up. Sloppy all the way around. Entirely inedible. It can’t be that difficult to make a decent fast food pizza especially when the establishment was slow at the time. And you’re given simple instructions on how to make them. These people can’t follow simple procedures and have zero work ethic, that’s evident. Never again will I throw my money in the trash by ordering from Dominos because that’s directly were this revolting pizza went. Despicable. Negative infinite stars.
