Best Domino’s pizza location I’ve come across in America so far! Why? Their pizzas are cooked and made with care leading to a very delicious, consistent experience. Nice, friendly staff, clean inside, and pies come out super quickly.

I ordered three pizzas from this location yesterday against my better judgement. Why because the last time I had a pizza from this location it was delicious and fresh outta the oven, and was delivered extremely fast.
So I ordered even though I’d previously stopped ordering from them because the drivers refuse to deliver to apartments even when you tip them. They will call you and ask you to come to the lobby of your apartment to get your food, and will sometimes not even call they’ll just leave your deliver in the lobby of your apartment without saying anything.
Because I had one good experience I decided to give them another try, and yet again they’re customer service failed. I usually don’t tip online, but I did in hopes the driver would come up and deliver my pizza to the door (which he did,) but this time left this note written on the back of my receipt signed by Dominos management.
I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and someone who sounded extremely young answered the phone, and would not allow me to speak to the manager, so I’m sure this won’t be resolved. Just wanted to share my experience so others will think twice before giving their money to a company that lacks customer service.
The receipt if you cannot read it say they will no longer deliver to my door, and will cancel any further orders. I’ve never done anything to receive this from them which is why I called to ask. Hopefully corporate will contact me back so that I can at least get a refund on the tip I left.

don’t order from here if your at a hotel. driver jennithia is VERY rude, unprofessional, and shouldn’t be working in customer service. driver lied about my order being delivered. spoke to manager at store. he said driver did exactly what she was supposed to do. i told him that isn’t correct. customer was contacting me from her personal phone instead of the app, never let me know she was here, asked her to describe the man at the desk and said a whole different completely description.. i see why they have 2 stars. don’t recommend ordering or picking up from him.

I placed an order with a delivery window of 35-45 minutes at 925pm. After an hour called to find out why the order wasn’t moving through the que and told it was just about to come out the oven. Waited another hour and was told oh no my order just left the store and had only just come out the oven, even thou the order was marked as already delivered. Called at 1240 and was told a BS story about how they tried to contact me regarding my order I had literally been checking in on for the 2 hours prior and told me i would have to reorder my order and wait in que again.
Worst service since moving back to Dallas. Your drivers have never had an issue getting ahold of me. He marked it as already delivered and then lied about calling me. I literally am a 4 minute drive for them to deliver and I was willing to come in and pick it up in store.
I did not get any notification of a refund and now have to do a charge back Monday with my bank since I never got my food.

Ordered 6 Pizza and ask for parmesan cheese for the pizza & the general manager told me that they don’t give it out anymore because it’s high & they don’t profit from giving it with the pizza so they can still sell pizza & not give cheese. But give crushed peppers. Well I ask if I could get him to sprinkle a little over my pizza because they do have it & was told NO, After spending all that money on pizza with them. You would think to satisfy your customers & keep them coming back he would have did that for me. Had I known they don’t give you the cheese packages anymore I would have went to a different pizza place that would have put that cheese on my pizza. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PIZZA PLACE AGAIN ON RIVERFRONT BLVD. I spent alot of money with them & they won’t even give you parmesan cheese. Just sad.

I placed my order 2 hours ago. Their app says it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered. I called twice. They were rude as hell and now they just won’t answer the damn phone. I want my $62 back for my four pizzas that never showed up. This is the absolute worst dominoes I have ever ordered from in my life. My first night in Texas is shit because they don’t deliver their pizza.

I have ordered pizza from here numerous times. It’s always great. One time I ordered a “chicken Caesar salad” and I got some iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, about an ounce of chicken, and Caesar dressing. It was not good. Looked like they had just thrown it together and sold it.
