Out of oven at 3:50pm
Received call at 4:27pm the order left the building.
Order delivered FINALLY at 4:51pm.
Called location at 4:54pm to let them know all 3 pizzas were cold.
They put me on hold and I’ve been waiting more than 10 minutes now and nobody has come back to the phone. Took pics of all 3 pizzas looking ice cold. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I finally hung up after waiting 20 minutes with no response back.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza online for curb side pick up. When I get there I do what the app tells me to which to check in and let them know I’m there and it says it on the way. After 10 mins I check the app and it tells me turn on my head lights so they could identify me , keep in mind I was the only yellow jeep that I had described to the app in the parking lot. After another 10 minutes it tells me to turn on my hazard lights so I go inside at this point. I walk in and the only customer where I continue to wait another 7 minutes for the employee on the phone to ask me what I need. I tell her and my pizza is took out the warmer and handed to me. We get home and open it and not only is it dried out from over cooking it also paper thin . It tasted like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I will never go to this location again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Picked up dominoes for dinner on the way home not our usual spot either . I had to cut up the pizza for the kids because that wasn’t done correctly and in the process saw hair in the pizza that was meant for the kids to have for dinner. Called dominoes that we were heading back. When Cody the manager for the night ask “what color is the hair? Is it long or short?” It was in the sauce if he was insinuating anything. Came back to pick up the pizza and the manager opened the box and said something to another employee laughing walking to the back. He never said a word to me, it was the teenagers in the front that spoke to me apologizing about the ordeal. I even let him know in the cal that we were driving ten minutes back, that since it happened what could they do aside from remake the pizza he said nothing but I can make you the pizza asap.

I always order pizza from here instead of the seagoville location now. They always make my order delicious I recently started to pick up my order in store instead of car side or delivery and Edgar is great! He is super sweet and kind. You have a gem in him.

⭐️ If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.
On January 2nd, I placed a pickup order for 5 pizzas. We live only 7 minutes away, yet every single pizza was cold, dry, and barely had any cheese or sauce. It was extremely disappointing.
When I called to complain, the male manager told me he couldn’t issue a refund but would put a credit on my account for 5 pizzas. He also mentioned I had an additional credit from July that I could still use.
On February 1st, I called to redeem my credit. I was placed on hold and hung up on twice before finally speaking to the manager, Stephanie. She told me none of her managers confirmed speaking to me and that there was no credit on my account, but that she would “honor it.” She also insisted the order had to be the exact same pizzas as before. I was hesitant since the original order was terrible, but I agreed.
When I asked about the July credit the previous manager mentioned, she said she wouldn’t honor it because it was before she became manager and she couldn’t confirm the conversation.
After going back and forth for several minutes, she eventually offered one-topping pepperoni pizza which is what I had originally asked for before the debate.
Unfortunately, when I picked up the pizzas and got home, they were once again cold and very poorly made.
This Domino’s has been my go-to for over 20 years, but it’s no longer worth my time or money. Management shows no accountability, and the product quality has severely declined.

I went to the app and ordered 2 medium pizzas 2 toppings. Received 1 and I’m not sure what happened. I call them and they said I only ordered 1 pizza. Here is the problem why would I order 1 medium pizza for 20+ dollars when on the deal I selected it says 2 at 6.99 each.

Called to ask what happened and they wouldn’t honor the 2 pizza deal. Left me with the 1 pizza for 20+.

Worst manager ever.

Been a while since we ordered a pizza from here, had been using Mr. Jims but they weren’t taking any online orders. Glad that happened because this was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. Whatever you guys are doing keep it up!

Absolutely unhygienic. They must be violating some health codes because they cross contaminate so much. I am allergic to pork so I ordered a beef pizza and I found pieces of sausage on top. I will never eat at this place again. Disgusting

Terrible staff, no greeting, had to correct cashier about my order after receiving an attitude about not getting my drinks which I had already paid for. Aside from cashiers….cooks did a great job cooking. Cashiers need to be more hospitable to paying customers. Terrible experience
