My wife and I ordered a cheese pizza. The pizza came with 3 slices without any cheese. Spoke with the manager and after 10 minutes of me explaining to him I will not accept a 15 dollar credit and to remake and send me my order. He said it will be an hour because it is a remake. 20 minutes later…Now 4 slices without cheese.

Pizzas were dry and not tasty at alllll. There was barely any cheese on them. I mean look at the pic- no cheese at all on this slice. And the cut was all off. And I said light sauce- not no sauce . We literally just ate crust on that one. I’ve never had such bad pizza from a dominos. I really want my money back. Everyone disliked it. I won’t go back there.

Make sure that you check that you’re actually in their delivery zone. The app will still let you order for delivery and then they call you tell you that they dont deliver. Should be honored if they accept the purchase. Make sure you have a pizza cutter because theirs needs sharpened.

I don’t generally have a negative experience here at dominos. The employees look like they work hard and diligently. However, tonight the pizza was not it. I wouldn’t have minded but this is for my kids and my husband. The taste was not good, I ordered two pizza both extra cheese and one with pepperoni. Barely any cheese and just inflated bread. I understand the holidays are here and you would rather be home. But still it’s our hard earned money and we got terrible pizza.

Follow up, pizza was made incorrectly. No sauce and poorly cut. 0 out of 10 experience. Don’t waste your time. Just go to the Royse City location.

Update: I went into the store to try to get this corrected, mind you Domino’s themselves already admitted fault because we received an email that says sorry we didn’t get it right here’s a coupon off your next order. I talked to the supposed shift manager who refused to give a name because he felt uncomfortable (I was level headed, no yelling or cussing). Would not remake the pizza because I had eaten a piece – I did want to try to grin and bear eating the pizza but ultimately decided that because this has happened multiple times I didn’t want to just continue to eat – so I will be filing a complaint with the store.
We order here frequently and the service and quality of food has drastically gone downhill. I’ve tried calling in on my last 4 orders as they continue to get it wrong. Between them never answering the phone, the food always coming incorrectly, and clear disregard to provide good food/service I would not recommend this pizza place.

Oh, when they first opened food was great and service was fast! Today however was much different, I saw on the app the “quality check” happened at 625p and my pizza did not get here till 720p. I live in GH West so there is no reason pizza should sit for an hr before delivery. You can taste that it is not fresh and pics shows…where is the cheese? So so not happy with the food. It has slowly declined in quality.

So l usually LOVE dominos but this one has been slipping pretty consistently. I paid for extra chicken in my pizzas and barely got any chicken….and then they didn’t even cut my pizza all the way. This location needs training from a G4 franchise, everyone not worrying about making the food right. It’s like it’s a high school hang out rather than a place of business. Also witness people on their phones while making food.

Carry out cheese pizza today because wife is out partying and left me with the boy. He wanted pizza so here we are. Used app. From time order placed to time we were back home was 8 minutes. They are very fast. Taste was fantastic. Back in 2013 I had dominos at work everyday for free in Richardson and it was terrible cardboard. They must have improved over the years because I’ll be back.
