985 US 287 Waxahachie Tx Domino’s Pizza! Two thumbs down!! So much for their guarantee to make your pizza right or give you a refund. (Dan) I don’t know what is going on with the school system in Waxahachie Tx but damn no one in this town can seem to get an order correct. I told Dan at Domino’s in Waxahachie I wanted a 3 Topping Pan Pizza with NO CHEESE AT ALL, he reads my order back to me and verifies with me that I didn’t want any cheese..I said correct. Well the pizza shows up with cheese.. not the first and I’m sure won’t be the last. I call up there and was speaking with their employee of the month Dan who tells me that’s how I ordered it so no refund or another pizza made the correct way as I ordered it. He tells me yes you said No Cheese but you didn’t say no provolone…smh! I tell him No Cheese means No Cheese and he hangs up on me and ignored requests to speak to a manager about their guarantee. Holy hell I miss Corsicana domino’s.. they are outstanding!! Waxahachie sucks!!!

Your app showed my order didn’t go through… my card said it did. I had tried at least four times. So I did the wildly unreasonable thing of calling to confirm.
Instead of help, I got condescension, constant interruptions, and a tone that suggested I’d personally ruined this man’s entire day by asking a question.
For context: our whole family is sick and we just needed pizza on a hard day. That’s it. No drama needed from you.

Do not go to the Waxahachie location. . I called in a drive through pickup order at 11:34 am and told it would be ready in 12 minutes. Ran some errands and when I got to the drive through window I sat there for at least 5-10 before anyone even came to the window. I was then told at approximately 12:15 pm that my order was not even ready!! I was told that they filled a large order before mine. I asked for the manager and it took him another 10 minutes to come to the window. His name was Jeff and he was extremely rude!! Meanwhile I had people yelling at me from the cars behind me. I wasn’t offered any kind of apology for the delay. Horrible.

This location is absolutely horrible. I try to be fair and give people the benefit of the doubt. Ordered carryout and was here 5 minutes before the estimated time. Please tell me WHY the pizza was still not ready after it was ready to be picked up. We waited another 15 minutes and the pizzas were cold, chicken was smaller than nuggets from McDonalds. Toppings were skimpy, to feed a family of 5 with coupons and then receive crappy service and order, your management team should be fired!

Taking an hour just to get the pizza in the oven let alone the other hour it takes to get to the door is unreasonable when you’re quoted 18-33 minutes. You order extra sauce, you don’t get extra sauce. At this point, I’m done ordering from this dominos. There are better options in Waxahachie that offer better food and far better service. Even Little Caesars has this dominos beat.

I know it’s just a Dominos, but they were absolutely slammed probably because of a promotion going on, but the gentleman working was so polite and efficient. They were all really busting their butts.
It’s very easy to get overwhelmed when the orders keep coming, but they did a great job and my food is hot in delicious . Smelled so good counts even wait to get home.

Well I ordered my dinner at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, and it was out for delivery by 4:30 pm, got it around 4:40 pm or so and everything was exactly how I ordered it. The cheese was super gooey and cheesy both on my pizza and cheesy bread and arrived hot and fresh! I’m very satisfied!

Every Friday night I order a cheese pizza for my son and most nights, when I pick it up at the drive thru, I have to wait for anyone to come to the window. Understandable when it’s busy but most of the time it is not. Tonight when I got to the window, no line, the two young men were talking to each other with their back to me. They turned and looked at me but then turned back around and continued their conversation like I wasn’t there. They were not preparing orders but were folding boxes very slowly. Finally one of them strolled the three steps over to the window put his hand on the sliding window then continued his talk for about a minute while I just sat there. Finally, after five minutes of me waiting he opened the window and gave me my pizza without even a thank you. Pitiful!

I have ordered from this Dominos location since I moved to Waxahachie and a majority of the time the pizza has always been good. Ordered a five topping medium pizza last night and could barely see the toppings especially the sausage, bacon, chicken, and hamburger. The pizza was also very dry. I don’t think I will order from this location again.

Blaine was extremely rude. Walked in asking to order a pizza with a discount code for carry out and said it was only online (I know for a fact that he could’ve applied the code as I’ve done this before in other locations.
So I sit down and order it on the website and mind you I’m the only person in store. So I wait for my pizza and my name was the only one in screen and he asks me for the name of my order when the only carry out pizza is finished as if he didn’t know I’m the only one that had placed an order. He wasn’t friendly or kind at all, didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Pizza was 7/10 I’ve had way better dominos before. Ham has a smell to it but oh well. If I didn’t like dominos this bad I wouldn’t have sticked around for my order. This is what’s left of my pizza
