I just wanted pizza. You know…hot crispy edges, gooey cheese, the good delivered pizza. Well, we got a lukewarm pizza with almost no cheese, a few crumbs of mushrooms and none of the sausage I ordered. An hour later, after watching the driver make other stops on the app, he drove past our house, down the road and sat. I put specific instructions to our house and was standing at the street waving him down. Hubby said he won’t order from them again. It was mushy, greasy, and probably was warm 45 mins before it was delivered. Pizza shouldn’t be this hard to make. Oh, I did get a delivery insurance pizza for taking so long. Now to find a different store to get hot pizzas.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 16 bread sticks, plus cinnamon sticks. My children only ate out of one box. The second box my 10 year old just tried to eat at 6:18pm.
I called the store, and they told me they would remake it. They then have Nicole call me back to inform me that I should have called earlier to let them know about the pizza.
It doesn’t matter when I call. I didn’t burn the pizza that’s supposed to be Philly Steak meat. Only 2 slices were taken out of the box by my kid. Does that look like steak to you???

We received the message that our pizzas were ready. We drove to the store. We sat at the window for approximately 10 minutes before honking. Something similar happened last time I was there. The pizza is usually very good so I was willing to try again. When nobody came to the window, but young men kept walking by the window, I got out of the car and knocked on the window. No one acknowledged. So, I walked around and walked into the store. The young man, apparently the only one doing financial transactions, Indicated that there was difficulty completing an order with the customer. He was evidently having to prepare food because something wasn’t ready. In the meantime, no other customers were serviced. There was a line outside the drive-through, and there were customers in the store. The young man refused to serve anyone or processing any changes as he continued to focus on the one individual customer. Either there’s a problem with that employee or the owners need to hire more employees to sufficiently staff the store. This was November 24 at approximately 6 PM. Ultimately, we said we were leaving and went to the Oriental restaurant nearby.

Ordered pizza at 6:55. Checked cut pie. Time of delivery kept changing. Said it was in quality control at 7:25. Why did it take until 757 to show delivery driver had left. Finally arrived at 8:15 and it was cut square and was cold.
Won’t be waiting almost $50 on 2 pizzas from there again.

Omg! I ordered online and in 20 seconds it told me Zachary was working on my order and I could head to the store. I did and my order was HOT & READY! I had been watching the commercials, and was hoping that it was good and believe me it WAS! The service was great and the staff was friendly. Although I had to drive, it was worth it!

I love the fact that they have a drive through to pick up pizzas.But mostly I get delivery. 8 times out of 10. They’re spot on, and the food is fresh, hot and delicious. It does change when they’re a bit busy and they have new drivers. But actually, it’s my go to for Pizza in this area.

This is literally the second time I have ordered delivery from this store and they marked it as delivered and did not deliver my order. They wouldn’t answer the phone that I called over 6 times…..I had to go to the store to retrieve my order this is crazy y’all have to do better smh.. and I had to ask for my delivery fee back it wasn’t even offered to me. Terrible service. Even though the boy at the window was very nice the service was terrible.
