The garlic crisp is being offered, but it’s never applied to the pizza. I don’t understand how they offer something or offer an option and they can never do what the customer requested. Every order that I made within the last few months I’ve selected garlic crust on my order for the site and I never get it And then I order hand toss and my hand toss. Looks like thin crust pizza like come on Domino’s let’s get it together. and it’s like the employees at the Cedar Ridge location don’t care about making sure they read the online receipts of what the customer requested. They’re just making pizza not making sure that it’s hand tossed and not thin crust like I don’t understand. My pizza crust looks dry. I can’t enjoy it like that and it happens every time and this is the last straw..super HARD CRUST …smh

This place has really stepped their game up, completely. I had almost given up on the Dominoes franchise, entirely, then I discovered this location.

Before even handed my pizza the young man insisted I pay first. Then handed me my order.
Of course I checked the order! My pizza was burnt and dry. When I told the employee I wanted it remade, he spoke with the manager . The manager said well what’s the problem it just came out five minutes ago . As he checked the receipt . I stated loudly it is burnt and dry. It’s seen as if he did not understand after checking the pizza . In the meanwhile I take a seat & I see he is having a side conversation with the employees about the order. Everyone laughing and on their phones.
No they did not remake my entire order so my parm knots and cinnamon sticks are cold.
If I could rate this experience 0 stars I definitely would. I will not return.

My boyfriend ordered two pizzas (one customized and one people’s deluxe), a brownie, and a lava cake. When he arrived there, the brownies were missing. (My bf said he saw the workers in the back eating it). So, my bf had to wait 10-15 mins more for the brownie. When we got home, I noticed the pizza wasn’t the deluxe but the extravaganza kind. I was disappointed because I didn’t want all the extra toppings. Also, the customized pizza dough was puffy. Messed up most of our order. Never ordering here again.

Pizza was terrible. Just dry and nasty . I asked for extra cheese on two and I couldn’t tell you which two when presented. Too bad my mama is the one who picked it up or I would have had them remake my entire order of 6 pizzas and cheese bread. Prize was decent but the food, absolutely not!

They gave me the wrong order, luckily i checked before i left. They took a minute to greet me when i walked in. The one lady just watched the phone ring until the manager (?) asked her too. I asked for parmesan cheese and was told dominos doesn’t have it anymore! what pizza place doesn’t have parmesan cheese ???!?! Do better doninos.

Worst place ever to order food from was very unprofessional and also very disgusting they didn’t make They didn’t make my order correctly and blamed me for not doing it right after I called and pacifically checked with an employee how to do it online when I went back up there got disrespected, pizza thrown on the ground ,told to get out and made nasty remarks about me. I did call the police out, but they told me I will have to just call corporate. This was the worst experience ever. The Manager man needs to be fired. not getting my refund was insane after he put my food on the ground. Especially after he was cussing and trying to fight.
