Ordered the new cinnamon bites and the sauce was running out of the box into my pizza boxes by the time I got home (5 mins max). To my SURPRISE when I opened my box behold the cinnamon BBQ bites is what I received. When called the complain the manager wasn’t very friendly(wont name him on here) but the best they could do was offer me a credit for them. Idk how something that’s cinnamon even begins to get bbq sauce mixed in unless it was intentional.

Absolute joke of a location. Orders are constantly burnt, sloppy, and look like they were thrown together with no care whatsoever. Quality control is nonexistent. Customer service is just as bad — excuses, attitude, and long waits to fix their own mistakes. Being handed burnt food and then told to wait another 20–30 minutes for a remake is unacceptable. If this is the standard, don’t bother ordering. Plenty of better pizza places that actually care, including the QT down the street!

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they’re just horrible. One time I ordered pizzas online, extra cheese, but somehow one said no cheese. Got home took it back up and asked if they could fix it. Kid with long hair and no hair net said there’s nothing they can do. I said not even make a new pizza for the same price, he looked confused so I left the pizza and walked out. This time I ordered online went through the drive thru. Girl looked 3 times and said we placed our order at a different location. I checked my email, went inside and showed another girl and it was literally the only pizzas sitting on the rack. The first one who couldn’t find it hid in the back out of embarrassment and kept apologizing to the other girl who found the pizza instead of me, who was inconvenienced. I reached out to the manager the first time and no response. This location is horrible and they’re definitely going to have to step their game up and do better with the dry, burnt quality and clueless employees.

Terrible service. I ordered online and when I arrived at the store, they said they didn’t have an order in my name. So I left thinking maybe I had ordered at the wrong location. After driving to North Sherman I decided to call and they said they had made a mistake. They did nothing to make it right. I went back, picked up my pizza and it was terrible. This location is not a good Dominos location. I asked the guy who screwed up my order to let me speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. I’ll never go back there again.

I ordered the 12 piece chicken jalapeño with the cheese n habanero sauce. It was a tiny little pile of in the middle of the box no whole pieces of chicken remnants of the end of a bag. I also got pizza and salad I asked for a side of onions for my salad I even said I would pay for then they refused to let me have onions. Just rude I loved dominos this is a huge disappointment what a shame!

Be aware, getting a pizza that’s cut apparently costs extra. And you won’t get it on time either. It’s not even fully cooked. Lady with the red & black hair needs to do better.

Order from this store often and its usually good, but this time the food was the worst by far! Both pizzas were burned and dry. My New York style was supposed to be foldable but was dry and stiff. The bacon ranch tots are usually very delicious, but was mostly tasteless and dry. The 8 piece chicken usually has larger pieces but as you can see from the photo they were small, not worth the $7 I paid. Overall very unsatisfied.
