Ordered 2 med 3 top pies. Got one cold pie an hour out of the oven. They would let the phone go thru the promos, then hang up on me. Driver just says “call them…maybe they’ll fix it”. I had no car, no more money for delivery options, and 4 servings to feed 6 people. Please avoid this location, or go to a different pizza place altogether. Owner doesn’t care either. The pic is what I found when I opened the box. I asked for pie cut. They couldn’t even get that right.

Outstanding Service from Chris at Domino’s!
I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received from Chris, the assistant manager at Domino’s. After a small mishap with my order, Chris went above and beyond to make it right — and then some. Not only did he remake my pizza (which was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and piping hot), but he also surprised me by including a sweet brownie dessert and an ice-cold Coke as a thoughtful gesture.
That level of care, attention, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days, and Chris absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding performance. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had.
Thank you, Chris, for your kindness, generosity, and for representing Domino’s in such an exceptional way. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s. I ordered 3 pizzas and a 2-liter Sprite. The delivery already took a long time, and when my order finally arrived, items were missing. My 2-liter Sprite was not included at all.
As soon as they knocked on the door, the delivery person left immediately, so I didn’t even get a chance to check the order. I called the store right away to let them know my 2-liter was missing, and the guy who answered the phone acted like he didn’t even want to be there. Very rude and unhelpful.
This place seriously needs better customer service and better management. Long wait times, missing items, and bad attitudes are not acceptable.

This is the second time I order from this location. The only reason I order from dominos is the garlic seasoning they put on the crust. I requested it both times. But times it wasnt seasoned.

I tried to let them make it right, but I ended up even more disappointed. I ordered 3 pizzas at lunchtime on a Thursday, and they arrived cold, raw and the “cheese” had a truly pathetic amount of cheese on it. I called right away thinking I would ask to get the cheese re-made, and the guy told me “I’ll just credit your order”. I asked if he meant he would credit the whole order, and he said yes, and it would take a few days to see the credit. I waited 8 days for that to happen (it didn’t) so I called them. The guy that answered told me “sorry, it’s been too long. I can’t do anything.” I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, and he said “no, the manager will be here after 5”. I asked if they were going to call me, and he said “no, you need to call back”.
They don’t care to do it right the first time, and they don’t care to make it right later, so I’m not ordering from here again. You can if you are craving a sorry looking/tasting pizza.

Our pizza was delivered an hour after it came out of the oven. After it came out of the oven it took 10 minutes before the app changed to “out for delivery.” The ETA at that point was another 20 minutes after that, then the actual delivery was another 30 minutes past the ETA. The drivers name was “Rabbit” but was more like a tortoise in this case lol. When I called, the manager assured me the pizza would be hot when it arrived because they keep it in a hot bag. However, since it had been an hour, the pizza was barely warm when it arrived. Cudos to the corporate app giving me a free pizza for my hassle, but I’ll avoid ordering from this location again.

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks today and I asked for extra sauce twice on the phone ..when I got my food it was cold of course as if the driver was just sitting in the car with it or something and of course the pizza was drier than saltine crackers. Wasn’t good for consumption at all.. I called them back and told them and they didn’t seem to care and said they’d give me a credit but last time they didn’t even remember when they messed it up before and the men have the nastiest attitudes. And I was very kind to them and my 2 year old couldn’t even eat any . They said it was free but they definitely charged my card.. will never order from them again

Just had the most disgusting cold deluxe pizza! It took over an hour for it to be delivered and majority of the time was the delivery time itself. You know it’s not going to be good when the first thing out of the delivery driver’s mouth is “sorry it took so long” all well the whole time I watched on the tracker Faith the delivery driver sitting 9 minutes away in one spot for 15 to 20 minutes. No more Dominos, there’s plenty of other places that I guess take more pride in customer service.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful and kind. Today I witnessed a rude customer getting angry and yelling at him because his coupon wasn’t valid, and he handled it very well. Sorry you had to deal with that! The food is good and came out fast too

My family ordered the XL pizza for my birthday and ending up getting trash when we open up the box.
19Jan2023 10PM : Drove 1 hr to bring it back for a refund or replacement and the young manager looked me in the eye and say “it come like that” while the 3 highschool girls behind him giggle on their phone.
Edit: owner and corporate reached out and fixes things fast. It’s good to know they care about customers experience.
