The manager Kirby and I had a brief miscommunication over the phone and he called and apologized (even though it was an honest mistake), was extremely professional, and even upgraded my order. Couldnt ask for more. Phenomenal dominos location and highly recommended. Delivery guys are super cool too!

A Carside delivery order placed at 7:50pm Friday was lost, revived and took more than an hour to be redone and yet none came to the car to deliver. Had to goin at least 5 times to receive the rude behavior of the kitchen folks. The store is highly incompetent to meet the weekend demands. Ordered pizza online. Had my boyfriend pick up the pizza. They kept questioning why he wasnt me when he gave my first and last name, showed them the screenshot of the order and he paid in person. The manager and the person who checked him out accused him of not paying when he had the recent in hand with time stamp. They made him wait 15 minutes to get our pizza so they could check the system to make sure the pizza was paid for when he showed receipt with date and time stamp that they watched him pay for. We come here regularly and this made me not want to order from this location. This was ridiculous. Staff seems incompetent.

So I went to pick up my order at Domino’s and when I asked for Parmesan and red pepper packets, the guy looked at me, stern faced and said we don’t carry that. I chuckled, thinking he was making a joke and then realized he was not. Why would a pizza place not have Parmesan and red pepper at all, that is the first time I’ve ever heard of such a thing.

They had to remake one of.my pies for some reason. But they were really good. The person slicing the pie could have been more careful because some of the pieces were big and some were really small. Wish I got a picture. But it was quick and hot.

I’m new to the area and I’ve ordered here a few times, overall great with deliveries and quick with carry out. The only thing I noticed is when I choose the option “cheese it up” it isn’t really cheesy and I can see batches of breading throughout the pizza. Otherwise, no complaints.

At this location, you never know what you are getting with each order. This time I was told that half a pizza philly steak is about 1.5oz
This is the first time I actually called to complain because 2 pieces I could see actually made me laugh ironically. That’s when I learned that “this is normal”. It isn’t a big deal, but it seems to be a last straw.

I came across their ad for any toppings for $9.99 and decided to order a Dominos pizza. Yes they put (very) little of everything topping I asked for? The pizza had no taste and again it was hard to find each of the toppings. My next Pizza is going to be “Mr Jim’s” or anyone other! Domino’s YOU used to be so much better!
