I usually order pizza from this location, but today I had a very bad experience. The pizza was delivered without being cut into slices, which is not how it’s normally served. It was very difficult for me to eat it because I currently cannot use my right hand due to an accident—I have it broken. This made the situation very frustrating and uncomfortable. This store ALWAYS messes up my order, whether it’s they literally give me no sauce on my pasta to giving me half portions. I’ve been ordering once a week for the past 2 months and every single time something is wrong. This use to be my favorite store to order from but I recommend picking up so you can make sure the order is correct. I’ve ordered a sandwich from here and when I opened it the whole sandwich had 3 piece of chicken and bearly and cheese. Worst crew ever already sent a complaints to corporate

The carside delivery here hardly ever works. Almost every single time we have to go in and get our own pizza. And they’re usually not even busy, just not paying attention. I’d give this location 0 stars if I could.

Over thirty minutes late got an offer for 60 points. I know this the first game odf the World Series but it looks like one pizza was used as a baseball, and another the catchers mitt. Think I paid for this. What a joke!

Ordered a pizza for delivery from the 222 N Story Rd dominoes and received my food in horrible condition. The pizza looked like the box had been shaken/rummaged through along with missing pieces of the actual pizza. I was missing multiple icings that I ordered and paid for, the cinnamon twist did not even come with one icing in the box. I also ordered the lava cakes and when I opened the box all of them were squished and or broken. I always try and tip well and try not to make anything too complicated, I don’t know if this happened at the store or with the driver but i am very disappointed, i am 6 months pregnant and was looking forward to eating this food but couldn’t cause of how it looked and because of the missing pizza pieces.

Ordered a pizza at 11:25 am today and estimated delivery per dominos email was 15-25 minutes. Pizza arrived at 12:35 cold and looks like it was made hours ago. We use to order from location at least twice a month and it’s gone severely downhill. Will order from papa johns or Pizza Hut instead moving forward.
