I’ve been ordering regularly from this Domino’s location for the past 3 years since it’s so close to where I live. Lately, the pizzas (specifically the toppings as well as the crust) have been steadily going down. I used to order the Brooklyn/NY style but the crust got worse each time so I’ve been ordering the pan crust more recently.
While I don’t expect a four topping pizza to have a ton of toppings, the last few pizzas had hardly enough toppings to even taste any. The sauce has also been lacking.
Because the app is so reliable and easy to use, I’ll still be ordering pizza from Domino’s but I’ll have to try another location nearby.

I ordered multiple styles of pizza from this Domino’s, and most of them were very good. The customer service was excellent, with a quick turnaround time. The location is conveniently near Highway 121, making it easy to access.
However, the New York Style pizza I ordered last time was below their usual standard, and the chicken wings could use more sauce. Despite these minor issues, everything else was pretty good. Overall, a satisfying experience!

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. We were missing three pizzas, two pastas, the garlic sauces, and the parmesan from our delivery.
When I called the store, I was placed on hold for six minutes before anyone answered. I then spoke with Xavier, who was polite but clearly overwhelmed and unable to understand the issue. I had to repeat the missing items twice, only to be met with long silences and repeated questions — including being asked for my address and then, unbelievably, my name again at the end of the call.
He informed me that replacements would take over an hour to arrive — completely unacceptable when we’re hosting a Halloween party and no longer have enough food for our guests.
This experience reflects poorly not only on the store but on Domino’s as a brand. I strongly suggest reviewing this franchise’s operations and customer service standards. This was an absolute failure in execution and accountability.

Always a great experience ordering from this location, but today they must of been really busy. Perfect timing on delivery but when I saw my pizza it was undercooked and was really thin. It’s the first time this happens so I’ll give it another try

Never order pizza from this place. I called them to replace my entire order thn manager said he can only redeliver the cheese bread and I can eat cold pizza until the cheese breads get delivered. And manager hung up the phone.
