The pizza itself is barely average at the best times but tonight when I ordered delivery they just waited and then CANCELLED my order. When I tried calling to see why Nobody picked up the phone. I ordered 8 large pizzas from your location at 6451 Riverside, Irving, TX. Two of the pizzas did not have cheese on them. I called the store to report the issue, and I was told I needed to bring the pizzas back so they could “see.” I had to leave the house again, return to the store, and wait while they made new ones. During this entire process, no one even apologized.
By the time I got back home, the rest of my pizzas were cold. I order from you often, but I have never experienced such poor customer service before. Not even a simple “we’re sorry.” Being told to bring the pizza back instead of handling it properly was very disappointing.

Food always takes twice as long to be ready compared to what the app, website , and their screens say and then is given to you burnt. I’ve also been told by employees that they “wouldn’t trust what the app says.” What’s the point in being able to reach your order if I leave when it says it’s ready but still wait 10-15 minutes?

This is the absolute WORST dominos location I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. The staff will ignore you, they will serve you RAW pizzas. The delivery drivers are usually nice, but the inside staff are not only rude but dismissive. They have played inappropriate music over the speakers multiple times while continuing to ignore customers. Please go to literally any other dominos location.

The quality here is very inconsistent — sometimes good, but often very bad. At times, the dough feels fresh, other times old. When I reported a bad pizza, they told me to come back and prove it before considering a replacement — not worth a double trip for a $10 pizza.

I have always the perfectly baked pizza at the right temperature, tasting the best, every time i pick up! Got the spicy chicken bacon ranch handmade pan pizza, well done for dinner today and it was so good! Staff were friendly and were very polite. Definitely recommend!

The Pizza was amazing however one of the staff members working on 12/03/25 at around 10:05 PM was a bit rude when giving my pick up order. I was waiting for my friends to receive their orders and he looked at me in a serious tone asking if I needed anything. Please train your staff to be mindful of their tone when interacting with customers as it made me feel like I was being profiled or made guilty for waiting for my friends.
