The chicken wings are half the size of a finger. When I called, the older female staff member who answered said, “That’s just what we received,” which was such an irresponsible response. Every time I visit, she’s always rude, treats customers with no respect, and does everything carelessly. Worst service ever.

Incorrect order, they don’t quality check before giving your order. Always make sure to check your order at pickup/delivery.

They wouldn’t refund even as store credit when it was clearly their mistake. And minimal store credit they offer cannot be used online and they won’t give deals. You have to buy at full price over phone.
They just say that’s all we can do, you take it get lost.
Store manager. Regional managers should take notice of this.
I don’t care about the offered store credit. Just a dissatisfied customer who will try to avoid this store and dominos as much as possible.

Completely arrogant and atrocious behaviour by the employees. Ordered for a chicken pizza with extra sausages and this is what i got. Upon asking, they say that the meat is scaled. 5 chicken pieces in a whole large pizza. Like seriously? We have taken pizza from this place multiple times and the employee says that they over scaled every last tike I got pizza here. Ridiculous!

I ordered for a pizza with chicken and sausage topping where I paid extra and this is what they gave me. I asked them there are no pieces of meat (6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of sausage after paying extra) and the person replied so arrogantly that this is what I get….i told him that I ordered the same pizza yesterday but with only chicken and they gave me good amount of pieces….he simply replied saying”then they must have over filled the pizza”…..I have ordered pizza many times in dominos but I’m sure they did not do this….they always gave me a good amount of meat…alwayssss….the worst part was l he was not even polite with me….worst service im never coming back to this place…

Check your order before you leave the store, they do not care about your choices or toppings, they make whatever they like. And staff doesn’t know how to apologize when you call and complain. Their manager sounded reasonable and apologists though.

Its the middle of the day, and they rushed the hell out of my order!! My cheese sticks are entirely dough!! You can see the cheese isn’t even entirely melted!! I was shocked at how fast i received my order. Now, I know why.. come on now!

Most horrible experience ever. I got the pizza and it looked like it had been kicked to the door. I call the store and was give the worst customer service experience of my life. The girl told me if I came to the store to return my pizza she would put her hands on me. I was offered a $30 credit instead of a full refund which was unacceptable. Finally after 6 phone calls the general manager sent the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza before he would refund me for my order. FYI don’t treat me like I need to make this up for free food. How insulting. Will never do business here again. Currently 1 hour and still no delivery person to pick up my order.

Need to give a shout out to David – the new GM of this Domino’s location. After months of trying to clear up an account mixup, David, while fairly new to this location, stepped in and resolved the issue in very short order. On his own time, he followed up with me to insure that the matter had been taken care of – going above and beyond. Well done David! Customer Service the way it should be done!
