I normally order on the app, but for some reason, the app was having a problem with my card so it told me to call the store. Victor answered my call and was able to help place the pizza orders in store for delivery. He took down all four pizzas and got everything exactly correct. Everyone was happy. I ordered the NY Style pizza in med. The crust looked more hand tossed or pan maybe. They forgot to put my drink with my order. The driver stated he’d go back & bring it to me. However he did not .When I called the store 30mins later to check they stated he was gone for the evening due to car trouble. No one called me or anything. The person who answered the phone hung up on me. I called back two times and no answer.

Have gone there twice and both time they did not do my order correctly. Ordered the Wisconsin cheese with a few extra topping and they did not put all the cheeses. When I asked about it they tried to gaslight me and tell me all the cheeses melted together (this pizza had no feta and feta cheese does not melt like that). I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I got home and tasted it was just a regular pizza (not the Wisconsin).

The biggest issue I had ordering today is the duration of time it took to get the pizza.

We received the pizza @ 5:55PM…
So an hour and 3 minutes from Quality Check to my house and the store is 1.2 miles from my house.
I’m just glad it was still warm and tasted fantastic but I wish I would have known it was going to take an hour and 14 minutes to get the pizza I probably would have gotten something else.

Skimped on the toppings and it compromises on the pizza – with the state of the economy and how much the costs have inflated (as frustrating as it gets), I understand the dollar doesn’t go too far these days. But if you don’t want to maintain the same quality for the cost, then say so rather than finding ways to compromise or cut down on what is offered to the customer. That is cheap tactics for a business.
